Educational wisdom (1)
1 awe and happiness
It is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of awe and happiness of primary and secondary school students. Cultivate children's sense of reverence, including reverence for life, reverence for nature, reverence for sublimity and reverence for beauty. That is to cultivate children's understanding of the value of life, their closeness to nature, and their pursuit and yearning for lofty things. If teenagers don't have this awe, they will probably become a lawless person, a person with no inner world constraints, and a person who lacks vision and spiritual pursuit.
In primary and secondary schools, children should truly feel that being praised is happiness, constantly surpassing themselves is happiness, and overcoming difficulties to achieve goals is also happiness.

2 Teachers' lifelong learning
To make learning support the life of every educator, we must first establish the awareness of lifelong learning. Teachers are important disseminators and creators of knowledge, connecting the history, present and future of civilization and progress. They should keep pace with the times, constantly enrich themselves with new knowledge, and become models who love learning, learn to learn and learn for life. As the concrete implementer of the national educational function, teachers' learning is not only for the rejuvenation and progress of the nation, but also for the development of every student. Only by continuous learning can teachers accurately grasp the concept of talents in modern society, accurately grasp the laws of physical and mental development of contemporary children, and accurately grasp the differences in personality, learning and development of students from different families, so as to teach students in accordance with their aptitude, and also enable each student to combine their ideals with the destiny of the motherland in a guerrilla and harmonious way. ..... lifelong learning is not only an important prerequisite for teachers to improve their quality of life, but also an important guarantee for teachers to live a happy life in their later years.

3 the loneliness of the master
"Loneliness" is a necessary condition to become a master. When choosing the research direction, the masters often face the unpopularity, problems, confusion and even danger. When they enter the research state, they often forget to eat and sleep, regardless of safety, and even isolated from the world. They know better than anyone the necessity and power of loneliness. ......
The ancients in China said: "Since ancient times, sages have been lonely." Sages are masters. Masters are great. They may not have experienced great disasters or misfortunes, but they must be immersed in great loneliness and devoted to their work-work is their life itself, not a means to support their families. Loneliness is a necessary condition for their work, not unbearable pain. The dialectics of history is to pursue fashion, seek excitement and return to silence; Willing to be lonely, willing to be lonely forever. The master brings excitement, but he has loneliness. When masters are keen on fame and fortune, they fall and they are finished. Immortality is too difficult, because loneliness is too difficult. Most people are good at being lively, but not good at being lonely. This is the difference between the master and the public. However. It is not too much to ask for less quick success, less cheating, less encouragement and less cheating. ......

4 the disadvantages of today's education
Look at the current student life, which is mechanical and monotonous, mediocre and boring. They struggled in the sea of questions and climbed on the homework mountain; Their individuality and uniqueness are suppressed and ignored. Imagine how much time students can have a heart-to-heart conversation with Shakespeare, Pushkin and Hugo. How much time to communicate with Beethoven, Debussy and Pyotr Il'yich Tchaikovsky; How much time do you have to talk to Hegel and Marx? How much time did you spend indulging in the colors and lines of Van Gogh and Leonardo da Vinci, thus being shocked by your heart? There is no poetry, music, painting, philosophy or spiritual grazing in their lives. It can be said that once education loses the happiness of life, it may further damage people's rationality and creative activities, and may even endanger the formation of moral personality because of the weakening of emotions in human nature.
(Excerpted from Education Digest Weekly, No.6, May 28, 2003, by Chen Minghua and Qin Zhiqiang)
Education breeds dreams.
In a sense, education is the process for students to conceive, pursue and realize their dreams. If a student doesn't have a dream, it's because we didn't sprinkle hope and love into his heart, didn't give birth to the bud of a dream, and let them grow their colorful dreams. Once a child has a dream, let his heart fly freely. We are duty-bound to care for precious enthusiasm, cherish immature creation, fly the courage to soar and share the joy of growth.
(Excerpted from "Friends of the Class Teacher", issue 1 1 in 2003, Ming Chen's dream season)
Educational Wisdom (2)
Occupy the mind with virtue
The value of human existence is not only the richness of knowledge, but also the growth of wisdom. The most important thing is the achievement of personality and the spirit of standing. The only way to keep students' minds away from weeds, dust and filth is to occupy the wasteland of the mind with virtue and sow the seeds of noble personality and enterprising spirit in children's minds.
(Excerpted from Friends of Class Teachers, 1 1, 2003, Basic Education of Cattle: Preparing for Students' Lifelong Development)
We should strive for leisure time for students.
Have you ever found that our teachers always preach how to inherit the heritage to experts, scholars and masters, but rarely really introduce their colorful leisure life? Have you ever found that our teachers always appreciate students' sleepless nights and sleepless nights, but seldom instruct students to sleep for eight hours every day and strive to create a healthy and good leisure life for them? ..... Education should strive for leisure for students, and striving for leisure is the space for free development. Without leisure, there will be no free development, and there will be no profound and unique perception, knowledge, understanding and grasp of the world. Reading with excitement, roaming beyond utilitarianism and meditation without stress are most likely to produce original ideas. The free flight of thoughts requires a broad psychological space, and the heavy burden can only narrow the inner world of identity.
(Excerpted from Teacher's Way, No.9, 2003, Qin Zhiqiang and Chen Minghua called for a little compromise for "playfulness")
Teachers should learn to untie their own knots.
Teachers are committed to shaping people's careers. To guide students to be positive, they must always be young and passionate. To cultivate teenagers' exploration spirit, we should have innovative consciousness and creativity. Similarly, if you want your children to be happy people in the future, teachers themselves must first learn to live happily. These are the challenges of life to a person's wisdom and personality. Do you know that?/You know what? The most essential way of life lies in creation. Every day, while inheriting human civilization, we should also create our own colorful spiritual life and find a healthy and happy mind. Teachers and friends, let's learn to untie the knot!
(From the ninth issue of Teacher Tao in 2003, Teacher Wang Huaiyu, learn to untie your heart)
Teachers should learn to enjoy life.
Many teachers have devoted their full blood and brilliant youth to the cause of education. "My clothes are getting wider and wider because of Iraq, but I don't regret it." In the lonely light in the middle of the night, it is the teacher who is correcting homework. It is the teacher who goes to work generously as soon as he removes the blood stains. Indeed, the great educational cause needs the sincere burning of teachers and the nourishment of teachers' sweat and blood, otherwise, it will be difficult to support the rising educational cause.
But, teacher, you are not a saint. You are not only born with hardships, but also enjoy life!
To enjoy education, we should regard ourselves as a human being with flesh and blood, sentient beings and righteousness, not just a candle burning in pain and exhausting the last drop of tears, not just a spring silkworm wriggling and pumping out the last trace of pain. If you pursue a happy education, you will enjoy the happiness of education!
To enjoy life, we should pay attention to colorful life, feel colorful life and feel the situation of the times, instead of just smearing the monotonous running track of classroom-office-dormitory. The dim moonlight, the tinkling of spring water, the elegance of symphony and the cry of watching football should all be integrated into your life!
To enjoy an education, you must be able to think. Teachers should not be mechanical operators, but should work hard actively and creatively. "Hold a heart", "hold" should be passion and ideal; What's the use of "taking" useless weeds without a blade of grass! It is valuable to have rich feelings and heavy thinking.
To enjoy life, we must cherish ourselves, be kind to ourselves, fear life, ignite life with life, and strive to "live as gorgeous as summer flowers and die as beautiful as autumn leaves."
Only by enjoying education can we give students a real life, cultivate students' "thrilling feelings in the face of a bunch of wild chrysanthemums", care for children's emotions and care for their lives. Education is not the cruelty of animal training, but a fascinating learning journey.
(Excerpted from Bu Zhong Yan's The Way of Teachers, No.9, 2003, Playing the Role of Teachers in the New Curriculum Reform)
Let power work miracles.
Full of positive factors, whether she comes from others or from her own heart, she can bring us endless strength and wisdom. She will always be like a grindstone in our life, which can make our sword of life invincible and extremely sharp.

Educational Wisdom (3)
1 1, disadvantages of education
We can't tolerate children's play and freedom. We brainwash our children every day, telling them to be diligent, hard-working, self-motivated, competitive and where to take them ... Even our teachers and schools are used to putting their children's grades in the most conspicuous places. However, I don't know, it is also the right of children to be the last in the exam if they fail. These children need dignity and love more. In many countries, students' grades are considered as their privacy and are strictly forbidden to be published.
We forget that they are children, only a few years old, teenagers. For them, the most important thing is a healthy and harmonious body and mind, curiosity about the world, happiness in exploring things, respect and care for others, love and democracy. ......
However, we cover them with endless homework, exercises and test papers, let them get up before dawn in the morning, and don't want them to be idle at night. Our teachers and principals comforted themselves that they were responsible for their children. However, without careful consideration, a pair of healthy eyes became nearsighted, the normal spine was a little bent, and the lively nature was gradually polished. Some children suffer from mental illness ... is this a "responsibility"? ......
In a sense, today's primary and secondary education has prematurely passed on everything in the adult world to children, making these little creatures bear an unbearable burden prematurely, consuming their health, aura and creativity for no reason, and suffocating their natural instincts. The most terrible thing is that teachers and schools have taken this for granted and sin has become a habit.
(Excerpted from Shi Dao,No. 10, 2003, Baiyun, Why did you leave so soon?)
12, teachers' thinking under the new curriculum
We have been encouraging ourselves: "Give students a bowl of water, and the teacher should have a bucket of water." However, according to the concept of the new curriculum, "bucket water theory" is untenable. Know what we are thinking, how many bowls are there in a bucket of water? Ten bowls, a hundred bowls, a thousand bowls ... No matter how big the bucket is, it will never be "inexhaustible". After irrigation, go to fetch water, which will not hydrolyze your thirst. Moreover, when the teacher pours the water in the bucket into the students' bowls, the word "inverted" will "invert" some old indoctrination ideas.
(Excerpted from Teacher's Way,No. 10, 2003, and Meng Xianping's Thinking of Teachers under the New Curriculum)
13, teachers' teaching concepts are misplaced
Education should be a great cause to enlighten human wisdom and create a vast free space; Teachers should awaken children's sleeping strength and rich development factors and nature; Children should continue to carry forward the achievements of human progress accumulated in themselves. The development of education should be a sublimation process of architecture on the basis of activity construction.
(Excerpted from Jiang Baohua's Teacher's Way, No.10, 2003, Dislocation of Teachers' Teaching Concepts)
14, leisure makes wisdom
Aristotle once said that "leisure makes wisdom". With leisure, you can have your own free time and space: independent thinking, free development, confident and positive display of your wisdom, and then you can calm down and relax, look at the past and present, embrace the world, associate, doubt, criticize, seek differences, diverge, combine, induce, deduce, gallop imagination and generate inspiration. ...
Newton saw the idea that an apple fell to the ground and produced gravity, Wei Gena found the theory of continental drift lying on the bed of the ward, and Cambridge University in England drank more than 60 Nobel Prize winners in afternoon tea.
At present, leisure and freedom do not seem to belong to our students. They sleep in the middle of the night, get up at five o'clock, hang their heads and bite cones. The Chinese teacher goes out and the math teacher comes in. Human rights are lost in class and freedom is lost after class. I have no time to see the wonderful world outside, read my favorite books, do my favorite things, and have no room for my own thinking.
(Excerpted from Jiang Shoujun's Teacher's Way,No. 1 1 2003, Enlightenment of Afternoon Tea in Cambridge University)
15, disadvantages of education
Some foreigners comment on our violinists, thinking that their violin playing skills are really high and skilled, but they lack charm and connotation. Because our art education is more about imparting knowledge and practicing skills, the improvement of cultural literacy and artistic literacy is often ignored.
No matter how good a work is, even a world literary masterpiece, in the eyes of some of our teachers, it is also a cow in my eyes. There is no whole cow at all, only some words, sentences and their combination rules. To put it bluntly, it is the training of knowledge and skills, and everything else is empty. This is the only truth. The rich humanistic meaning contained in it has been simplified and compressed, which makes a series of rich and prominent biscuits become fragments after compression, lacking the original flavor.
(Excerpted from Teacher's Way, No.11, 2003, and Huang Xingfu's Education Can't be Simplified)
Educational Wisdom (4)
16 the touch and happiness of education
"Don't talk about peaches and plums, but learn from others" ... is often compared to being sincere and strict with yourself, which will naturally touch others and be admired. Maybe you never cared, your careful care will bring such a great shock to a lonely heart; Maybe you never thought that so many people in all walks of life would remember the truth of life you taught them and be grateful to you ... Please open those dusty memories and look for this warm touch behind every smiling face.
(Excerpted from Teacher's Way, Excellent Teacher in My First Class,No.12003)
17 education, enjoy the happiness of life growth.
Our education should make students understand that happiness can not be achieved only by accepting gifts, by getting high marks in exams, or by experiencing happiness with only one answer. In fact, there are many kinds of happiness.
For example, give happiness. Happiness comes not only from harvest, but also from giving. The happiness given is a rare happiness in the world full of transparent texture and brilliant humanity.
Like the joy of compassion. There is no weakest person in the world, everyone can become a strong person of others, and everyone can gain charity and enrichment in the spiritual world through the emotional experience and behavior of sympathizing with people who are weaker than themselves.
Like the joy of forgiveness. Life can't be without mistakes, and mistakes are unpleasant, but forgiving others' mistakes can make you lovely and clear-minded, so relaxed happiness is a kind of mind, tolerance and nobility.
Like the pleasure of praise. Praising others not only makes others happy, but also makes themselves happy-how can I be unhappy when I see others happy because of their own praise? Praise others, and you are the angel who spreads happiness.
Like the joy of gratitude. A grateful person is the most peaceful and warm person. How can there be so much dissatisfaction, disdain and picky? Thanks to farmers for producing food, thanks to rivers for bringing water, thanks to the sun for bringing light, and gratitude makes us satisfied.
For example, the joy of communication. The lonely man is lonely because he has shut himself off. Bravely open your heart and associate with people, where there is the most pleasant thing in the world: friendship; There is the most precious thing in the world: trust.
For example, pursuing happiness. People who have no pursuit and no goal walk in the world, just like grass drifting in the water, without their own direction and path, so they have no real happiness.
Education, please let students enjoy the colorful spiritual happiness of life growth. Please believe with us that only this kind of happiness is lasting and eternal, which lays the foundation for people's life and mental health.
(Excerpted from Guan Jiangang's "Education, Enjoy the Happiness of Life Growth" in the 11th issue of Teacher's Way in 2003)
18, let the smile stay in the child's heart forever.
Hugo once said: "Laughter is sunshine, which can eliminate the winter color on people's faces." Indeed, a smile is the sweetest and most touching expression of human beings. Smiling can express people's love, convey friendly information and make people look lovely and charming. As a teacher, facing the growing children, we need to smile more. Modern psychological research shows that emotions and emotions are infectious, and teachers' smiles can create a beautiful atmosphere for students. Facing students with a smile can not only make teachers win students, but also make students learn to care, understand and treat others with a smile from teachers, so as to face life with a smile.
Smile is a wealth that everyone can easily possess, and it is so important in education.
(Excerpted from People's Education 18, 2003, Lin Liyuan's Let Smile Always Stay in Children's Heart).
19. What is love?
Love is sunshine, rain and dew, spring breeze that awakens the silent soul, fertile soil of life and oasis that nourishes life. ......
Love is protection, respect, patience, tolerance, understanding, expectation, antibiotics and melatonin.
Love is the mother's hand, which can measure the temperature of the child's forehead; Love is the father's eyes, which can drive away the caterpillars in his son's heart;
Love is a fierce struggle on the chessboard between classes; Love is a process of deduction with life and passion. ......
what is love ?
Love is a drop of water, which can grind away stones. Love is a rough stone, it can cut jade.
In fact, love is the most beautiful, selfless, noble and sincere emotion in the world.
(Excerpted from Li Shufen's "What is Love", the tenth issue of Class Teacher in 2003.
20. Let every child's heart be full of sunshine.
In the hands of every class teacher, there are dozens of vivid lives, and each life has a different personality. Some are cheerful and carefree; Some are introverted and sentimental; Some are fragile and vulnerable. The head teacher should be born with a pair of discerning eyes, be careful as hair, and give happiness when he is sad; Support them when they are helpless; Give comfort when they are frustrated; When they feel inferior, give encouragement ... and make every child's heart full of sunshine.
(Excerpted from Friends of the Class Teacher, No.7, 2003, Cherry leung's Comfort of Being Late)
Educational wisdom (5)
2 1, people's cultivation
As a physical person, there is no distinction between high and low. Only as a soul, because of the great differences in the inner world, talents can be divided into noble and mediocre, even noble and despicable.
Due to the pressure of struggle for existence and the temptation of material interests, everyone turned their eyes and energy to the outside world and no longer paid attention to their inner world. As a result, the soul is shrinking and empty, leaving only a busy body in the world. There is nothing sadder than this for a person.
(Excerpted from Zhou Shi Dao, No.11, 2003, The Nobleness of Man is in the Soul.)
22, the bottom line of moral education
He Huaihong, a professor of ethics in Peking University, said in his book The Bottom Line Ethics: "I have been trying to explore the bottom line ethics of people living in modern society. Bottom line ethics is the lowest moral standard that every member of society consciously abides by. Hugo said that being a saint is a special case; It is normal to be an upright person. ...... At the beginning of the market economy and the formation of multi-value embryos, while the freedom of machines comes, the bottom line ethics is also facing challenges. No killing, no lying, no cheating, no adultery, no stealing, all of which are urgently needed to be reiterated in the market economy. You can't sacrifice yourself for others, but you can't harm others and benefit yourself; You may not be a saint, but you should agree with morality and humanity. You can't climb to the highest moral level, but you must stick to the lowest moral level, which is the last barrier of mankind! "
(Excerpted from Sun Yaping's Rethinking about the Bottom Line of Moral Education, the eleventh issue of Class Teacher in 2003)
23. What is a person?
What is a person? Man is first and foremost a living body. He was born with a lot of question marks, so it is his nature to seek knowledge; Man has a head, so thinking is his natural right; People have their own physical and psychological activities, so they are independent from birth; People have spiritual existence beyond the body, so thoughts are galloping freely; People have exploitable wisdom mineral deposits, so there is the possibility of sustainable development; People are gregarious animals, so they seek goodness in their growth; People have dignity, so they need respect; People are valuable, so they need to be loved. In short, from the first cry of a baby, people are growing, developing and creating. People are always bidding farewell to the past and moving towards the future, and in the process of opening up to others, society and nature, a new "I" is produced. Education should be based on the essence of human life, respect the value of life and promote the development of life. Teachers are the guardians of the gardens that protect students' lives. Therefore, teachers should be people-oriented and education should respect the value of human life.
(Excerpted from the preface of Andy Lau's The Value of Reviving Education).
24, the weight of life
People often say that life is valuable only when it has weight.
A drop of spring water, if it has no weight, will not fall off the cliff, and the water drop will wear away the stone, which explains the philosophy of "persistence".
If a seed has no weight, it will not sink into the soil, take root and sprout, and bear countless fruits.
So, where is the weight of life?
Big belly? No, because the weight of life is not the weight of the body, just like a candle, its weight is not the weight of wax and twist, but the light that burns itself to illuminate others;
Bright skin? No, because the weight of life has nothing to do with the body, just like a rough jade, its weight is not a smooth stone surface, but a beautiful heart;
Rich? Official residence is a product? No, because the weight of life has nothing to do with wealth and power, just as the size of wheat grain has nothing to do with wheat awn.
Calm down and think about it. In fact, the most important thing in this world is a selfless heart. Obviously, the weight of life lies in selflessness. Happiness and happiness in life are contained in selflessness.
(Excerpted from "Tonight Evening News" and "Tonight Weekly" on 0/2/26, 2003)
25. Calm down and concentrate on practicing yourself.
Everyone will inevitably encounter mental distress and depression caused by unsuccessful efforts and talents in the course of his life. At this time, the most rare thing is to calm down and concentrate on practicing yourself and seriously reflect on the profound experience brought by the real society.
(Excerpted from Friends of the Head Teacher,No. 10, Life of Liu Fukui, 2003)
