Responsibility culture is the root of China traditional culture. Tracing back to the source and building a unique campus responsibility culture is our unremitting pursuit of moral education goals. It is based on this idea that we always adhere to the road of connotation development-promoting the overall work of the school with scientific research. Based on the idea of combining our own reality, solving our own problems, helping teachers grow up, making students become talents, making schools famous, benefiting parents and benefiting the society, we successfully declared the municipal independent key project "Practical research on urban primary school students' responsibility education" in June 2004, and successfully declared the project as a national independent project again in February of the following year. At the same time, actively rely on this research as a leader to comprehensively promote the development of scientific research in schools. The school research group has compiled the Implementation Manual of Responsibility Education in Nanping Experimental Primary School, the Annual Evaluation Manual of Southern Elves' Growth, the Research Monograph of Responsibility Education and the School-based Textbook of Southern Elves in Action. The last two books have been published by Future Education Press as one of the series achievements of national learning science and characteristic school construction. Due to the remarkable achievements in the practice of responsibility education, the project leader was invited to make an exchange speech at the National Tenth Five-Year Work Conference held in Beijing, and also made an exchange speech at the Tenth Five-Year Moral Education Work Conference in the whole region. Our school is the first batch of English experimental schools listed by Chongqing Academy of Educational Sciences and School of Foreign Languages of Southwest Normal University, the Chongqing Model School of English Curriculum Research for Primary Schools in China, and the English Experimental School of Foreign Language Research Center of National Basic Education. 1990 set up primary school English courses and began the experiment of textbook reform. 1998 took the lead in implementing the combination of long and short classes in primary school English in Chongqing. 1999 participated in the research of the national key project "English teaching activities in primary schools" of Chongqing Institute of Educational Sciences and successfully concluded the topic, and was awarded as an excellent experimental school. In 2000, Oxford English was introduced from Shanghai, becoming the only school in Chongqing to use this textbook.
