I have further deepened my understanding of the role of teachers. For another example, I have some new understanding of the role orientation of teachers that we once thought was "reasonable". The traditional saying is: (1) Give students a glass of water, and the teacher should have a bucket of water himself. Now it seems that the relationship between "a glass of water and a bucket of water" is still a relationship of "pouring out" in the teaching of cultural knowledge, while the new concept requires teachers to be the guides of students' autonomous learning, so teachers themselves should become "living water", or guide students to become "living water" and learn the methods of autonomous learning. (2) Teachers are hardworking gardeners. As we know, the gardener's job is to trim the flowers and plants in the garden according to his own requirements and make them uniform. Second, the further deepening of teachers' professional knowledge.

In this study, I learned a lot about teachers' profession: through Guan Xiji's How to Realize Teachers' Professional Growth, I defined the "personal five-stage theory" of teachers' professional growth; Through teacher Zheng's mental health education for junior high school students, I have a better understanding of some psychological and physiological characteristics of junior high school students, which is of great help to my future teaching work. Through Ding's The Impact of Financial Crisis on China and Countermeasures, I have further broadened my horizons, and will also guide myself to pay more attention to economic information in the future, providing useful materials for teaching.

In a word, I benefited a lot from this study and felt a lot. First of all: theoretical literacy has been improved.

We appreciate the elegance of the professors of Zhou Normal University: Professor Gao Hengzhong insisted on giving us lessons despite his illness, and his high professionalism impressed us; Professor Wang Decai's special report "The Construction of Teachers' Morality and Style" reminds us of the importance of teachers' morality and style. Professor Hu's "Lecture on Teachers' Professional Quality" is beautiful, cordial and pleasant. Professor Wei Song's writing of educational research papers makes us understand the skills and methods of writing educational papers. Professor Guanghui Song's multimedia teaching is easy to understand, which helps us solve many puzzles in practical teaching from many fields such as computer maintenance, network security management, information technology and subject integration, and the use of various softwares. Professor Jia Xianghua's teaching on "Teachers' Mental Health and Maintenance" inspired us. Teacher Tao Yang of Luohe Experimental Primary School is a front-line teacher. She used to be a model class teacher in the province and had a unique method in class management. Time is like a song, time is like the wind! In a blink of an eye, the "National Training Plan" has reached the time of "shadow training". The leaders and teachers of the Chinese Department of zhoukou normal university contacted the best schools and famous teachers in Zhoukou for us, and personally sent the students to various schools. Three weeks of shadow teaching made us feel profound, bright and broad.

The depth gauge is now paired with disciples, communicating closely in deep water and observing in all directions. Feel the teaching idea, teaching behavior and teaching effect of the shadow teacher. Shadow teachers' teaching styles vary widely, but they all have a common feature: the classroom is not random. We witnessed the classroom teaching of famous teachers and experienced the teaching and research atmosphere of the school. In the training, the instructor teaches with hands-on, and the students are open-minded, eager to learn, diligent in thinking, in-depth discussion, ideological collision, flashing sparks of wisdom, and learning real skills.

The width is manifested in visiting places of interest, such as Taihao Mausoleum in Huaiyang and Laojuntai in Lu Yi, which enriches our cultural heritage. We visited a foreign language experiment in Huaiyang, Zhoukou City, and observed a high-quality reading teaching class and a national classic reading demonstration class, which broadened our horizons.

The width is also reflected in the research activities of the project. In the process of project establishment and topic selection, we read a large number of related books and documents, combined theoretical study with education and teaching practice, studied independently, communicated with tutors, paid attention to classroom practice and resource integration, and made up for our shortcomings with experts' educational wisdom, successfully completed the writing of project establishment report, greatly improved the scientific research ability, and laid a solid foundation for guiding future education and scientific research work.
