Introduction to the Works
There are about 66 poems by Cangyang Jiacuo. Except for a few carols, most of them describe the loyalty, joy and sadness of men and women in love, so they are generally translated into Love Songs.
Some Tibetan original works of Love Songs were circulated orally, some were published in manuscripts, and some were printed in woodcuts, which shows that they are widely circulated and deeply loved by Tibetan readers. There are at least 1 Chinese versions at home and abroad, and there are English, French, Japanese, Russian and Indian translations abroad.
