Reflections on The Beautiful Peacock in the Big Class

After-class reflection, also known as "teaching postscript" or "teaching record", is a kind of after-class reflection that can improve teachers' self-awareness level, promote teachers' professional growth, and share with you the beautiful peacock in the big classroom. Let's have a look!

Verb (abbreviation of verb) activity process

1. Enjoy dancing and feel the beauty of peacocks.

Teacher: The teacher brought a dance today. do you want to see it ? Please guess who the teacher is dancing.

2. Show pictures and get to know peacocks

(1) mobilize the existing experience, and the children will discuss:

Teacher: Everyone is right. It is a peacock. Have you ever seen a peacock? Where is it? What does it look like?

Teacher: Everyone speaks very well. Peacocks are beautiful, and male peacocks can spread their big tails like beautiful fans. It's called complacency.

(2) Show pictures and get to know peacocks:

Teacher: Peacocks in the zoo will also be on display today. Do you want to see them? Look, what does a smug tail look like? What's on it?

Teacher: There are patterns on the smug tail. These patterns line up like soldiers!

3. Explain the painting method and stimulate interest

Teacher: Let's draw such a beautiful peacock together! The teacher drew a peacock, please add some beautiful colors to it. Gently dip your fingertips in some paint and press on the line, one circle red, one circle yellow and one circle blue. Wipe the paint clean when it changes color. What else can you do?

4. Children draw pictures, and teachers tour to guide them.

(1) Guide children to learn to draw the characteristics of peacock feathers with finger pad embossing according to certain rules.

(2) Guide children to observe carefully and boldly imagine different laws.

(3) Guide children to pay attention to the neatness of the picture.

4. Show works, teachers and students * * * comments

Teacher: Which one do you like best? Why?

5. Activity extension: learn to dance.

Teacher: Little Peacock, come and learn dancing from the teacher.

Reflection after class:

This activity is to let children be good at discovering the beauty around them and learn to express and create beauty in the form of art. Beautiful peacocks discover the beauty of peacock feathers through observation, and then design patterns according to the characteristics of peacock feathers. In teaching, I stimulate children's interest in painting, feel the beauty of animals and cultivate children's emotions by dancing peacock dance and drawing peacocks.

Disadvantages:

Individual children's tail feathers are not big enough, and many details are not perfect (when painting peacocks, individual children's heads and bodies are out of proportion-big heads and small bodies). Think more and grasp every detail in the future.
