What are the main objects of literati poetry in the Southern Dynasties?
In the early Song Dynasty, literati poems in the Southern Dynasties began to turn from metaphysical words to landscapes. Metaphysical poetry is closely related to landscape. Metaphysical poets often experience Hyunri through scenery, and boarding scenery has long been a part of the aristocratic class's leisurely enjoyment of life. In the poems of Yin Zhongwen and Xie Hun in the late Eastern Jin Dynasty, landscape elements gradually increased. By the time Xie Lingyun arrived in the Song Dynasty, due to political and political frustration, he "wandered around" and "recited his meaning", and landscape became the main object of description, thus completing the transformation from metaphysical poetry to landscape poetry. Landscape poetry is still the product of aristocratic life, but it breaks the corruption of metaphysical poetry, embodies the beauty of nature, improves the expressive skills of poetry to a certain extent, and still has historical significance. Bao Zhao, who was born in poverty in Song Dynasty, inherited and carried forward the traditional spirit of Han Yuefu and became an excellent poet representing the progressive tendency at that time. His works lashed out at the door-gate system, showing patriotic thoughts and wider social content which are rare in the literature of the gentry. His seven-character poem and miscellaneous poem Yuefu perfected the form of seven-character poem, expanded its influence and made important contributions to its development.
