The core of characteristic teaching and research is the word "characteristic", and all teaching and research activities are carried out on "characteristic". Schools should form a "characteristic" atmosphere: "Schools have their own characteristics, teachers have their own characteristics, and students have their own specialties in learning." In my opinion, we can carry out teaching and research activities with China characteristics in primary schools from the following angles-
1, "Doing class" activity
It is planned to carry out "model class for famous teachers", "model class for new teachers", "excellent teacher evaluation class", "backbone teacher performance class", "learning report class", "teaching literacy and writing seminar", "teaching composition seminar", "interactive class for urban and rural teachers", "interactive class for teachers in brother schools" and "learning report class".
2. Special teaching and research activities
Carry out activities such as collective discussion on preparing lessons, reviewing special topics, teaching and research on literacy and writing, reading special topics of ancient poems, composition teaching and research, reading teaching lectures, collective discussion on teaching and research classes, exchange and demonstration of new teachers after class, and determination of research topics.
3. School-based training activities
Carry out school-based teaching and research, "urban and rural linkage, township joint film" activities.
4. Practice basic skills.
Organize teachers to carry out activities such as "three-character" (brush, pen and chalk) competition, speech competition, case analysis competition, reading notes evaluation, and specialty display.
5. "China Salon"
Carry out student Chinese salon activities, such as: Pinyin Pass, Dictation Pass, Calligraphy Pass, Calligraphy Competition, Recitation Competition, Speech Competition, Reading Competition, Oral Composition Competition, On-site Composition Competition, Accumulation Competition, Ancient Poetry Reading, Scientific Essay Appraisal and a series of activities.
Of course, how to carry out Chinese characteristic activities in primary schools must also combine the reality of schools and classes, integrate the strength of teaching and research groups, give full play to the advantages of teaching, optimize individual teaching and form their own "characteristics."
