First, handle affairs fairly. Third, the technology is exquisite. Technical quality is necessary for the team leader to complete the production work in security team. It requires that the team leader should be familiar with the theoretical knowledge of each type of work in the team, master the basic operating procedures and skills, understand the performance of the team's equipment and tools, be able to operate independently and troubleshoot, have certain ability to analyze, judge and predict unsafe factors in production, and take timely and accurate measures to eliminate these unsafe factors. The technical quality of the team leader is not too hard, and he has no idea about the places, parts and links that are prone to accidents, can't formulate effective preventive measures, and can't tell the key points in the usual safety education, so it is difficult to cultivate the team members' ability to prevent and deal with emergencies. Without the foundation of technical quality, to talk about safety in production can only be an armchair strategist. Fourth, promote democracy. Democracy is the source of vitality for team development. Only by fully developing democracy can each team member have a sense of ownership, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the whole class, give full play to everyone's wisdom and strength, and work together to improve the safety management level of the team. At the same time, democratic management can effectively correct the deviation of team leaders in their work and play a good role in supervision and promotion. Fifth, achieve "five diligence". "Five diligence" refers to hand diligence, leg diligence, eye diligence, mouth diligence and brain diligence. Hand-service is to do more work, stand up when something happens, and lead everyone to overcome the problems in the work; Legging is to move around more.
