The famous poet Huang Lihai edited Poetry and People. 1975 was born in xuwen county, Zhanjiang City, Guangdong Province. Director of Poetry Creation Committee of Guangdong Writers Association, Vice Chairman of Guangzhou Writers Association, editor-in-chief of Chinese and Western Poetry magazine. In addition, he also served as a professional tutor of creative writing in Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, an off-campus tutor of Chinese College of Jinan University and a resident poet of Guangdong Open University.
