At five o'clock, with a southerly wind blowing, I set out from the post office and took the cable car to Kong Ling Canyon to see the scenery. Perhaps because I often wander, I don't want to sigh for the seemingly cold wind and water in this canyon; I just want to lie between heaven and earth and listen to the thunderous waterfall in this empty canyon.
I think this poem expresses the author's fatigue through the vicissitudes of life and his desire to return to nature from a dull life.
