Brief Introduction of Jinzhongdu City Wall Ruins Park

Jinzhongdu City was built in Jintiande for three years (1 15 1). Yan Yanzhen spent two years (12 14) and moved to the capital of Bianliang (Kaifeng). In the meantime, Zhongducheng has been the capital of Jin Dynasty for more than 60 years, which is also the beginning of Beijing as the capital of dynasty in history. 12 15, jinzhongdu was attacked by Genghis Khan Mongolian army, which caused serious losses. There are only three mounds left in the wall of Jinzhongdu, two of which are located on the south side of Lize Road, respectively in Wanquan Park and Wanquan Temple Aquatic Refrigeration Factory next to Fenghuangzui Village, both of which belong to the western section of Chengnan City Wall. The third place is in Gaolou Village, which belongs to the south section of Xicheng Wall.

1984, as an "ancient site", Jinzhong Capital Site was designated as a cultural relic protection unit in Beijing. The remains of Jinzhongducheng are mainly located in Fengtai District, belonging to the south wall and the west wall of Zhongdu. The existing city wall sites are mainly distributed in Fenghuangzui Village, Gaolou Village, Wanquan Temple and maliandao in Fengtai District, and are important objects for studying Beijing's urban and historical changes.
