Especially in the so-called "hierarchical teaching" background, the so-called ordinary class students are a collection of "weak school students".
How to teach effectively? It should be a question that every teacher must think about before going to the podium.
I am facing the students who don't want to attend classes anyway. I lost confidence in them, so in class, I was completing my work attitude. So I didn't arrange classroom interaction, and basically gave up transferring students.
Of course, this is wrong. Later, I should have changed.
Understanding and using learning situation is the premise and foundation of teaching.
For example, when students answer irrelevant questions in class, we should review our own questions and reflect on our own questioning methods and guidance methods, instead of complaining that students are not smart enough and have insufficient ability.
Teaching students to have real learning behavior is the fundamental purpose of teaching.
In teaching, all subjects should learn from the practices of PE teachers:
Introduce students into the playground (study field), give them good tasks, talk about good practices, let students practice fully, the teacher should monitor them well, correct mistakes in time when problems are found, and let the unskilled students practice repeatedly.
Classroom teaching can't always be taught, so we should have enough learning support and enough habits to consolidate. This kind of teaching is the real teaching, and it will be effective.
Second, do the details well and seek practical results.
As the saying goes: details determine success or failure. The success of classroom teaching also depends on the details in our classroom.
For example, how to guide "reading" in class, when to read together, when to read alone, when to read aloud, when to read silently or quietly.
For example, how can we stimulate students' interest in participating in classroom learning? How to connect with the exam? How to write on the blackboard? How to develop competition among students?
These details can be made into a topic. Classroom teaching is not only a technology, but also an art. If you do every detail well, the classroom will naturally succeed.
