The Film Poet (Excerpt from Interview)

p>

“When you’re working, even as a photographer, your personal preferences are always inherent. I'm still feeling what I've put in, and many times I'm satisfied with my work, other times less so. The most wonderful moment is when you reach a deep understanding with the director, and he can transform your thoughts and words into images. I was extremely intoxicated with those times. ”

“My poems are the condensation of certain images. The movie itself is in those words, for me. This is no joke, these words are full of illusions that can be extended infinitely. ”

“I have worked with many directors, and I feel that I have gained a lot during this period. For me personally, a movie that allows me to be a bystander and create needs and pursuits due to half-knowledge - that's what I want - and sometimes the most hazy and sincere things. It is also becoming increasingly clear. It's very difficult to write good movies, and those things that are real, you need to - you have to discover them, be a spectator, and that's very difficult. If a movie carries more obscure truths, I think the stronger the relationship it has with me. It raises questions for me, makes me think, and helps me see the world clearly and understand everything about life and the truth. In fact, these things cannot be fully expressed in just a few words. ”
