Experience:

People who live in modern society spend every day in a variety of hurry, as if life is meaningful only if it keeps moving forward. What you have in front of you seems to be just struggle, and only in the distance will there be poems and dreams! So in the endless rush, our bodies are tired, our hearts are numb, our feelings with others are indifferent, and our faith in God is getting colder and colder!

Walking out of Egypt is only the first step of the long March. Beautiful Canaan, the promised land flowing with milk and honey, is still ahead. However, the God who leads the people of Israel seems to be in no hurry. Instead of rushing to Canaan with his people, he stayed in the clouds to control their progress. In the wilderness, there are no beautiful scenery to enjoy along the way, but there are many lessons for Israelis to learn in the wilderness, and God's personal presence is a firm guarantee!

Reflect on your daily life, can you forget the existence of God in your constant running? Sometimes I feel that the journey of life seems to be stagnant for a long time, so that I am upset, angry, and even full of resentment against people and God! Confess! Confess! God never promised me to advance every day, but he promised to be with me every day. Have a cup of tea, gently hum a favorite poem, close your eyes and look at the clouds in your heart. It's good to have the Lord with you!

Pray:

Lord who has led my life, when I am troubled by the lack of progress in my life plan, please come to comfort me in person, release me and let me know that you are still with me. Amen!
