Which poem does "Stay in the Lotus and Listen to the Rain" come from and who is the author?

Listening to the Rain with Residual Lotus is the work of Tang Dynasty poet Li Shangyin who sent a message in the pavilion and Cui Zhou.

Original text:

Stay at the rockfall pavilion and pay tribute to Cui Yonghe and Cui Zhou.

Autumn frost flies late, leaving dry lotus to listen to the rain.
