What does the virgin mean?

Literally means the mother of the holy one! However, the Christian faith does not recognize her sacred status, because she was born to her parents like us, and she also has sins from Adam! Then how can she be holy? Although Mary is the mother of Jesus' body, it is the work of God's Holy Spirit. Jesus was born in Mary to show that Jesus is a complete person, not to exalt his mother to the status of God's mother! God has no mother, but he will always have his own mother! We just say that Jesus is a complete person like us. From the standpoint of the son of man, Mary is his mother, but not from the standpoint of God himself, because that is God's own work! God does not want to exalt Mary to the status of sanctification, but tells us that Jesus, like us, has become a tangible person, our representative and made atonement for us!
