Lao Yin said: The seal of Amitabha is a subtle and profound method. Xu Henglao said: The printing method of Amitabha is a great way to get rid of life and death and become a Buddha. If you amend this law, you can't amend anything. He also said: If the Amitabha method is revised, and the six-character Daming Mantra (Lotus Seal) method is revised, the Amitabha method is the main method, the Lotus Seal is the auxiliary method (auxiliary), and the main method and the auxiliary method, such as pulling carts and pushing carts, will make the practice progress faster. But we must distinguish between the main and auxiliary. " Amitabha Dharma is also one of the secrets of the heart. Brother can pass on the lotus printing method for others, or pass on the Amitabha printing method to the right person. I don't think the "six-character mantra (lotus seal) method" is a popular method, but it can be passed down from generation to generation with the consent of the guru, and now it has been publicly circulated on the Internet. This method does not need enlightenment, so why not spread it openly and learn more after benefiting? After consulting Mr. Liu, he agreed to write this method into words, and sent masters to read Buddhism and Dharma for circulation. Scholars who look back should not despise it because of its simplicity. Therefore, the causes are briefly described.

Five, a thought is not born, has established a clear realm.
Sixth, the Pure Land Sect is three ordinary quilts, which brings the industry to life. There is nothing in other sects, which is amazing. Amitabha is a reality, so we should read it honestly, over and over again. But some people don't seize the opportunity, and not many people die.
Seven, don't learn Buddhism, there is no way out. The main direction is to get rid of delusion and persistence. Delusion, persistence. This is Sakyamuni Buddha's golden mouth saying that all beings have Buddha nature, which cannot be proved because of delusion and persistence. The essence of the reincarnation of all beings is four words: infatuation and persistence (I am a word). Delusion is the sixth stage, and persistence is the seventh stage. Transform, such as melting ice into water, rather than removing it. Working hard on delusion.
Eight, work hard, Amitabha. Naturally, I want to fall. Don't look at it too complicated, and don't look at it too high.
Nine, pure land Sect, don't talk about pure heart and see sex. But one heart is to be clear-minded and see sex, and to read Amitabha to the end.

Lao Xu revealed that Sakyamuni Buddha should teach students according to the different roots of all living beings, such as Tantric Buddhism, Zen Buddhism, Pure Land Buddhism and so on. Because the roots of all beings are different, Buddha should respond to diseases and drugs, different roots of diseases, different habits and machines. Because the roots of all beings are boundless, so is practice.
In the final analysis, the overall purpose of Buddhism is to hope that all beings can get rid of their sufferings and joys, show their truth, see their nature clearly and get rid of life and death. This is the purpose of Buddhism.
Although there are infinite methods, according to the enlightenment of ancient virtues, it is not easy to get rid of life and death and achieve this great cause! The method of pure land Sect chanting Buddha is very special and unique, which is mainly manifested in three kinds of quilts: upper root, middle root and lower root.
Pure land Sect, the main practice is the word "one heart is not chaotic". An Amitabha Sutra only pays attention to two sentences: one is "one heart is not chaotic" and the other is "one heart is not reversed". The Bible says: "If one day, two days ... seven days, one mind is not chaotic, and when people are dying, saints such as Amitabha are in front of them, and when people are dying, their hearts are not rebellious, that is, Amitabha's paradise." One of them is "the difference of one thought is not chaotic", the other is "the difference of one thought is not chaotic", and "the difference of one thought is not chaotic" means "the difference of one thought is not chaotic", so in the end, the requirements are very clear.
There are two kinds of concentration: one is concentration on things, and the other is concentration on reason.
Being single-minded about things is to meet all kinds of realms of five desires and six dusts, and to be able to be free from distractions, unshakable, and free from distractions. This is "single-minded", which is equivalent to the realm of arhat. Arhat proved that there was no life, and he was separated from seeing and thinking, thus leaving the three realms. It is actually distressing for people who practice Buddhism to focus on things. But there are still two kinds of confusion and trouble: one is called dust and sand confusion, and the other is called dust and sand trouble; One is called ignorance and confusion, ignorance and trouble. Therefore, some big arhats, from small to big, move on, first break the dust and sand, then break the ignorance, see the Dharma, and become wizards. Forty-one mages in Hua Yan Jing were ignorant of the law. There are three kinds of confusion: the confusion of seeing is coarse, the confusion of dust and sand is fine, and the confusion of ignorance is fine. Speaking of the three puzzles in the first shurangama mantra, it is said that there are endless three puzzles, even if there are magical powers, they are possessed. Practice must gradually break through three puzzles. After the three puzzles are solved, in terms of status, it is equivalent to teaching the first bodhisattva in Jiao Yuan, but not the first bodhisattva. At this point, only reason is inseparable and reason is inseparable.
What is "one thought is not chaotic"? Intimacy is Buddha, and there is no difference between heart and Buddha. When you read Buddha, the mind you can read is the Buddha you read, and the Buddha you read is the mind you can read. The heart is unique. You can read what you read and die when you die, so that you can keep your heart on it. In this realm, it is quiet, often glowing, and it can't stand thinking when it shines. Silent and often photographed, that is, photographed and often silent, both tangible and useful, both solid and intelligent-silent is the body, that is, fixed; Basis is utilization, which is wisdom. At this time, wisdom and silence belong to the only realm.
We Buddhists, from the first thought, can gradually enter the realm of silence if we can never forget, be naked, not confused, get together closely and keep thinking. When you reach a state of silence, it is actually Zen. Therefore, Zen is pure. It is often said that reading is not reading, reading is not reading. Read or read, but it doesn't matter. There is nothing in my heart, nothing to read, nothing to read, nothing to read, although I am reading, it is equal to not reading; If you say you didn't read Amitabha, it is clear that you didn't read Amitabha, and every word of Amitabha is clear. In Zen, this is the realm of Zen, so Zen and purity are the same. For beginners, dividing Zen and dividing the net seem to be the same thing. Judging from the results, the pure land Sect's single-mindedness is the glory of Zen, but it is actually the same thing. Zen Buddhism talks about "delusion falling off" and "shining alone", and it also talks about "words and deeds are different, and the mind is destroyed." In the realm of silence, the glory is alone. In tantric Buddhism, there is also a tantric saying that "the times are the Tao, that is, things are true", which is actually the same thing and the same realm.
We modern people, most of the pure land Sect are relatively stable. For Shanggen people, chanting Amitabha can make them understand their own nature. It's not that you can't see your heart clearly, but that you can learn to be rational and not be confused. When I read Buddhism, when I lost my delusion and my mind was not confused, I realized it. People in China, like arhats, are very confused to read. When they meet the realm of things, they can't stand being distracted, and they are naturally captured by concentration. In this way, the purpose of doing things well without confusion is achieved. For the next generation, the above two realms are not easy to achieve without great efforts, especially for us laymen at home. However, according to Master Yongming's four bamboo slips, "If you can see Tommy, why not be enlightened?" Don't be enlightened. Therefore, the characteristic of Pure Land Sect is to bring the industry to life. Do something wholeheartedly, do something wholeheartedly, and belong to the next ordinary person. The next generation learns Buddhism, but it doesn't stop at confusion. However, due to their true confidence and strong will, they are bent on surviving in the west at the end of their lives, hoping to get the compassion and blessing of Amitabha. In this way, they believed in their desires and other people's blessings, so they were "happy", lived happily and were born into the Elysium. Amitabha said in his forty-eight wishes: "If there are sentient beings, they would like to be born in our country and believe in music and even ten thoughts. If you are not born, you will not gain enlightenment. You will only be divided into five evils and slander the law. " This is the eighteenth wish. This eighteenth wish is actually the key and essence of the forty-eighth wish. If there are sentient beings, they sincerely believe that they want to be born in bliss. "Lian Shi nian" and "Lian" mean transcendence. "Even ten readings" means at least ten readings, or as few as ten readings. It is always good to read more. If there are no students, there will be no enlightenment! This is Amitabha's own wish. Amitabha has realized that the forty-eight wishes, including the eighteenth wish, have of course been realized. Therefore, whether we live or die, we all have a big backer. In this way, we can read Amitabha, Amitabha ... Amitabha when he died. After at least ten readings, Amitabha came and led to the west. If you recite Buddha like this, the Buddha will talk nonsense if he doesn't accept quotations. Of course there is no such thing. It can be seen that the only way to achieve this great event is to recite Buddha. Because it is difficult to solve three puzzles by practicing other methods! If you just say that you are confused, you will see me, see me, see Jaken, see me, see me, and forbid me to see me. See me, you are all broken, * * * eighty-eight products are virtual tuo, just the first fruit. See the Tao at the beginning of the fruit, and eliminate the confusion of seeing the Tao. Fix it again, two fruits, three fruits, to four fruits arhat, and stop when you see chaos. Repair again, break the dust and sand. When I went to practice, I was about to break ignorance. When I saw the Tao, I became a bodhisattva for the first time. In the infinite law of Buddhism, pure land Sect is called special law, especially in the three universes. Li Gen and blunt root have corresponding methods: take root, repair without confusion; At the root, the heart is not chaotic; Under the root, you can bring the industry to life, that is, there is life and death. The method of extricating life and death was born immediately, and no other methods were mentioned except pure land Sect. Therefore, we should sincerely believe the words of Buddha and Bodhisattva, believe that Amitabha's forty-eight wishes are by no means empty wishes, and believe that our teacher Sakyamuni will never talk nonsense. We should learn from Buddhism and return to the west. At the end of our lives, we will die in the pure land with the mercy of Buddha. Because pure land law is heteronomy, fighting Buddha's kindness is mainly heteronomy blessing. However, he can't do without self-reliance and the power of his own will. The stronger your self-confidence, the purer you will be, the more you will respond to the power blessed by Amitabha, and the faster you will feel. Therefore, when we recite Buddha, we must be sincere and hold our names with a clean heart.
The first two sentences about the method of chanting Buddha deserve our attention. They said in the Sixteen Views: "It is the heart that makes the Buddha, and the heart is the Buddha." The so-called "Buddha from the heart", when we say Amitabha, means Buddha from the heart. How can we become a Buddha from the heart? The heart of chanting Buddha is the Buddha now, and no other power is needed. The heart is the heart. If you are not a Buddha from the heart, you are not a Buddha. To be a man from the heart is to be humane; If you are a beast from the heart, you will go to the road of beasts; If you are a hell from the heart, you will go to hell. Become a Buddha from the heart, read Amitabha, and go to the western paradise. This truth is very clear, very clear!
Secondly, Goode said that when chanting Buddha, "one chanting Buddha corresponds, and the other chanting Buddha corresponds". Well said, it is very important! Why "one thought corresponds to one thought of Buddha"? Because, when we read a sentence of Amitabha, the delusion must be to rest while reading, so the time of reading is corresponding. If you can't pick up the second thought, delusion will come again. Reading Buddha once equals to corresponding once, and this reading is Buddha. What about "chanting Buddha accordingly"? If you keep chanting Buddha, you will keep corresponding, you will always be a Buddha, and you will always be a Buddha. It can be seen that the name of a Buddha is immediate! Therefore, I often encourage and advise everyone to read Buddha honestly. Delusion is coming, amitabha, delusion is gone at once, because the heart is useless! I sincerely read amitabha and naturally got rid of my delusion. I naturally accept amitabha, which is amitabha! Therefore, it is very special for pure land Sect to recite Buddhism and Buddhism. You go to the root, your heart is the Buddha, and your heart is the Buddha. Chinese people who are willing to study and listen to their own words can awaken themselves. Generally, people with roots are confused and don't need to be more reasonable. It is recommended to read more Buddhism. To read Amitabha is to wake yourself up, wake up quickly! Be rational! As long as he is willing to read more books, he will get over it slowly, and he can't get over it without reading. Therefore, Pure Land Sect advocates honesty in chanting Buddha.
What's more, at a high level, an amitabha is a reality. We quote a poem to illustrate:
"Dharma is a harmonious body, which makes me miss my soul; I think of Buddhism today, all of which are dharma circles. "
This poem is from The Theory of Life Without Life written by Master Youxi of Tiantai Sect (that is, Master Chuandeng). This paper is very famous and was included in Ten Essentials of Pure Land by Master Ou Yi. The theory of no life says that although he was born in the pure land of the west, he was born without life. Because the self is immortal, so the self is neither born nor dead, neither born nor dead. However, life is still alive, not without life, not without pure land, but "born without life, born without life." Buddhism is dialectics! The poem in "On Life and No Life" is very good! "Dharma realm is a harmonious body, so please remember me"-"Dharma realm" is the nature of all beings, that is, their own Buddha nature, which is a harmonious body! Used as my brain. "When I think of Buddhism now, it's all dharma circles"-when I think of Buddhism now, it's naturally dharma circles. Such a sentence of Amitabha is written by the whole dharma circle, so reading a sentence of Amitabha is the whole dharma circle. In other words, Amitabha's words are Buddhism and reality. Seeking truth from facts doesn't need other methods. Just read the phrase Amitabha, and the reality is just now. It's very appropriate! Therefore, "dharma is a harmonious body, so I can remember it;" I think of Buddhism today, all of which are dharma circles. " This poem is great and delicious!
Also, in the process of practice, I realized that the practice methods of Pure Land Sect need to be improved. Many times, we talk about why we should cultivate the mind and cultivate the nature, and why we should cultivate the six-character Daming. Because there is a third secret blessing between the training center and the six-character Daming. While reading Amitabha, most people only have one secret-the secret of mouth. The body is not dense, and the meaning is not dense. Therefore, people who devote themselves to the pure land of Buddhism, it is best to cross their legs and stick their fingerprints, which is the secret of the body. Every morning at five or six o'clock or six or seven o'clock, sit and read for an hour, at least half an hour. Generally speaking, an hour is better. I also sit and read for an hour before going to bed at night. When you read in your mouth, you can use four-character names or six-character names. "Amitabha, Amitabha ... Amitabha", read it in a low voice and hear it with your own ears. Don't make a noise, it will hurt people. If your mouth keeps moving, it won't be dense. What is the secret? Just listen to this name. Because the ears of all living beings are smart, they have strong receiving ability. In this way, when you recite Buddha, your heart will be heard, your body, mouth and heart will be blessed, your strength will be great, and of course your progress will be rapid.
Avalokitesvara practiced tact in her ears, "returning to nature and going into exile", and then "nature is supreme". "Listening to the self-nature" means not listening to the outside world, and in turn smelling the self-nature is actually observing the mind. This is meditation. To read Buddha in pure land and listen to yourself to read Amitabha is equivalent to observing the mind, which means "Amitabha, Amitabha ..." Keep reading and listen sentence by sentence. Finally, I can't afford to be distracted, but I understand it clearly and clearly. At this time, the reality is the realm of inanimate, that is, the realm where truth is Buddha-like, that is, the realm where the dharma body comes. It can be seen that the sentence of chanting Amitabha is really exquisite and incredible, but it is very convenient to start and has achieved high results, just like Zen and Tantric Buddhism. Therefore, most of Dade's founders returned to the pure land after enlightenment. For example, masters such as good guidance, lotus pond, lotus root benefit and printing light. It's all great knowledge about goodness. They all return to the pure land and rely on the power of Amitabha to survive in bliss. Hua Yan Jing says that all the actions of Bodhisattvas in Ten Places are inseparable from chanting Buddha. Bodhisattva Shidi is a mage. They are skilled, convenient for all sentient beings, never leave the Buddha's heart, but also rely on Buddha's blessing, not to mention us ordinary people! So we must rely on our own efforts, make use of the strengths of others, believe in the truth, listen to what we hear, deepen our knowledge and live happily. Of course, we don't deny that people in the upper and middle classes can only see their mind, their true colors and the realm of "living without shelter" in the Diamond Sutra. The Diamond Sutra says "nothing is real and nothing is empty". When we read Amitabha, we are "unreal" under delusion. However, the brilliance is unique, and it is obviously "nothing". You don't have to think about everything. You can do it naturally, and it's wonderful. Although there is nothing to gain, there is no persistence, but it is wonderful and endless, and all Buddhists have the same card. Zen calls it "venting through one nostril." Therefore, the cultivation of pure land proves that it is not low, low and not low. From the purpose of the certificate, "all laws are equal and there is no competition" and there is no competition. Buddha chanting is practiced by people with different roots, just like an elephant and a mouse drinking water, each has its own place. Elephants drink too much and are full; The mouse is full after drinking a little, as long as it is full! So the practice of chanting Buddha is really an incredible subtle practice! The Buddha said in the scripture: "In the end, hundreds of millions of people practice and recite Buddha before they can live and die." Only by chanting amitabha can you live and die!

Everything is created by idealism, but one cannot miss it. If they don't miss Buddhism and monks, they will miss greed, anger and delusion, then they will kill, steal, commit adultery and do evil, and there will be no end to life and death. Buddha is power-oriented, grasping the habit that all living beings can't have no thoughts, and skillfully and conveniently replacing delusion with a Buddhist thought.
Scientifically speaking, when chanting Buddha, the language nerve of the brain can generate strong electromagnetic waves, which can call each other with the information of dharma circles, match the Buddha's handprint, and receive the information of Buddha with the greatest energy like an antenna, thus curing diseases, especially the seal of Buddha.

First, the legs can be double-disc, single-disc or scattered. Leg pain is a normal phenomenon, which is not only harmless, but also increases the skill. If you really have no choice, you can change your legs.
Second, the fingerprint of this statue: the right hand is placed on the left hand, and the tips of the thumbs of both hands touch each other, and placed on the lower abdomen with the palms facing up.
Third, it is delicious to listen to the sound of "Amitabha" in your heart without making a sound or whispering. The key ear has been listening to the voice of chanting Buddha.
Fourth, the Buddha kept chanting, and the handprint was repaired 1 hour, which is 1. Every day, I insist on sitting 65,438+0 or sitting more, and I have sat for thousands of merits. If you always think of Buddha in your mind and turn your thoughts into Buddha's thoughts, it is true and can achieve all kinds of merits.
5. Before sitting up, my handprint rose to my chest, and I crossed my hands and made a wish, "May I be enlightened and see sex in this life, save all beings, and return to the pure land."
Six, are not allowed to commit murder, theft, prostitution, false words and other bad karma. Be sure to wash your hands before sitting down. You can sit in bed and practice together. You can pee for ten minutes after you sit down.
The most famous Buddhist teacher in modern times, Master Yin Guang, expressed his silence as Tommy Yin. Tommy seal is a subtle and profound Buddhism.
It is better to sit quietly for a while alone than to build seven towers in Hengsha.
