I was assigned to work in the electrolytic aluminum plant of aluminum company and became the first batch of crown block workers. I remember when I first stepped into my job, I got up from the warm bed in the middle of the night to go to work, and my tired eyes stared at the machinery and equipment that rumbled and couldn't communicate. I really felt that going to hell was so much! What makes me unbearable is the occasional friction misunderstanding with colleagues at work, careless mistakes at work, or all kinds of grievances caused by the dissatisfaction and criticism of the leaders after a busy class. At that moment, there was no parents' love and care, and all the problems had to be faced and shouldered by themselves. I once refused to give way to my workmates for a piece of record paper, once cried alone for an unqualified index, and once went home in a childish anger for the criticism of the leader. Looking back many years later, I feel so warm and intriguing. Because of the muddy swamp-like journey, I have the beautiful spring scenery now. I have mastered the electrolytic aluminum technology and learned to be tolerant of others; I calmly face the difficulties in my work and take care of the trivial things in my life. It was the stormy journey of the past that made me mature, confident and self-respecting today.
