Senior one composition: the backbone of China people

The backbone of China people.

"The road is long, Xiu Yuan, and I will go up and down." Qu Yuan, a lonely poet with a long beard, is trying to find a truth that will never be understood by people at that time, an understanding that "everyone is drunk and I wake up alone". I, a high school student living in a noisy metropolis, just want to find a tear in numbness and machinery, a tear that flows out because I am moved.

Buried in the sea of books, I tried to find the tears I wanted from China's 5,000-year-old culture. Yue Fei died, because of the "trumped-up" charges, and died tragically in Fengbo Pavilion. Through the yellowed pages of history, I seem to see Yue Fei's sad and helpless face and the beautiful arc drawn by Qin Jing's lip corner because of his cunning strategy. I was sad and angry, but there were no tears. Jing Ke stabbed the king of Qin, but in the end it was not the cruel king of Qin but the brave Jing Ke who lay across the court. "The wind is rustling in Shui Han, and the strong man will go and never return." In the thousand years of singing, I was silent. Su Shi, who has a deep understanding of the world, has been relegated again and again because he only believes in the truth and does not know how to compromise. Finally, he lived in Xiao Chibi, facing the ruins of the Three Kingdoms, and could only sigh, "One river never returns, the waves are exhausted, and the romantic figures of the ages." Li Guang committed suicide on the battlefield. I seem to see his silver hair flying wildly in the wind and the sad expression on his old face. Standing on the vast land, I heard the voice from the sky-"untimely birth"! Closing the pages of history, I feel a kind of fatigue that I have never felt before. I don't want to say a word. I only have silence and can only be silent. When I close my eyes, all I can think of is a sad and helpless face and a backward posture. This is a white sad history.

Open the window and get some air. Looking out of the window, I found that the people in the street became extremely scarce. People who were scattered in the street were wearing big white masks, with their heads down and walking in a hurry. When SARS came, the world became silent. Business is depressed, schools are still the same, institutions are quiet, and only hospitals are thriving in such a special period. The hospital was crowded, white coats were flying in the sick room, and people were crying silently in the long corridor of the hospital. I hate the passport to go out and walk-the big white mask. Because it not only keeps the virus out, but also keeps people's greetings, people's truest laughter and the most painful cries out. It covers the whole world like a giant lid. This is an era of white silence.

Turn on the TV, which is the only way to communicate with the outside world at present. The beautiful host on TV broadcast the news that another suspected case of SARS was found in Guangzhou.

The first suspected case of SARS was also found in Hong Kong.

……

Days passed day by day in the broadcast of SARS news. One day, two days, three days ... finally turned on the TV at dusk, and never saw such numb news again. But a burst of sadness and joy came to my ears, and then a photo appeared on the screen, covering the beautiful face of the host. Every photo has a sunny smile. Seeing such a sincere smiling face, I feel a ray of sunshine shining from my heart. Ah, this is a photo? The announcer introduced their life stories with a heavy tone. I listened silently and couldn't help repeating their names to the announcer. "Xu Xin, Jiang ..." They have nurses and doctors. Although their identities are different and their ages are different, their cause of death is the same: they were unfortunately infected with the virus in order to save SARS patients. Hearing such news, my heart is more suspicious than the slightest sadness. Did they really die laughing like in the photo? If they knew that the SARS virus was not conquered because of their martyrdom, if they knew that their sacrifice was only the permanent pain left to their husbands or wives, sons or daughters, would they still choose such a death? The same history is always staged in every era with different faces. Thousands of years ago, Qu Yuan wanted to throw himself into the lake to get the world sober, but the Chu people didn't wake up, and Chu didn't escape the fate of extinction. Yue Fei, a loyal courtier, obeyed the orders of the imperial court and died of resisting gold, but even so loyal, the Great Song Kingdom perished. And Jing Ke, even if he risked his life to save Yan from the mire, his death only accelerated Yan's demise. Since the Millennium, what remains unchanged is fate, and what has changed is only a tool to hold up the body. In ancient times, people with lofty ideals were all lying on their backs in coffins. Today, these angels in white just lie flat in the cold mortuary, and their last life's struggle is reduced to ashes, and they are kept in a small wooden box forever. "I would rather die standing than live sitting." But in the end, I still lay on the ground. ~

I sat by the window again and looked out of the window. It's already the New Year. In the new year, the streets and alleys are decorated with lights and colorful, and there is a scene of prosperity. Everyone is wearing beautiful clothes and walking hand in hand with their loved ones in the street. Warm greetings to each other fill the cold air with the warmth of spring. The big mask is completely gone, the hurried steps are gone, and the gloomy and cold streets are gone. I began to realize that SARS was over. When did SARS leave so quietly? Who drove away SARS? I was deep in thought when my mother asked me to eat jiaozi. I sat at my desk and just picked up chopsticks, ready to put a jiaozi in my mouth. My mother said loudly, "Wash your hands, or you won't eat jiaozi." When I returned to the dining table after washing my hands, my mother solemnly announced to my father and me, "From now on, I must wash my hands before meals, and I will get sick from my mouth." SARS has passed, so many people have died, and we are still alive. We should start with the trivial matter of washing our hands before meals and cherish our lives. " Mom is really eloquent today. I was just about to play a joke on her, but when I opened my mouth, I found that I couldn't say a word. Yes, the efforts of so many people have given us hope to live. Their sacrifice, although not in exchange for a vaccine against the virus, taught us to cherish life and learn to be grateful. Mother gave us life, but they used their own death to tell me how to live a person's life. They did not change the virus, but they changed the world. Death can be so magnificent. I closed my eyes and felt a tear fall from the corner of my eye. When I was in tear drops, I saw Su Shi, Qu Yuan, Xu Xin and Jiangdu smiling at me sympathetically.

Tagore said: "There are no traces of wings in the sky, but I flew over." Su Shi, Xu Xin and Jiang have entered the corner of history, leaving us with only a vague background. But their backs tell us what indomitable spirit is, and their backs also tell us what is the backbone of China people. In thousands of years of historical inheritance, only this is eternal. History tells the future that the backbone of China people will always be straight, and China will always stand among the nations of the world because of this backbone.
