Management Characteristics of Jinggang Metro Line 4

Line 4 is the first rail transit line in Chinese mainland that operates in a "franchise mode". The Beijing Municipal Government invested 70%, mainly responsible for the track civil construction; Beijing Jinggang Metro Co., Ltd., a joint venture of Hong Kong Railway Co., Ltd., Beijing Infrastructure Investment Co., Ltd. (BIIC) and Beijing Capital Venture Group Co., Ltd. (BCG), is responsible for the construction of major facilities such as vehicles, signals, communications and electromechanical engineering, and is responsible for the operation and management of Line 4 during the 30-year franchise period.

In some broadcasts of Metro Line 4, this line is called "Beijing Metro Line 4". However, because Jinggang Metro Company does not enjoy the right to operate Line 4 permanently, Line 4 is still called "Beijing Metro Line 4" in the rolling subtitles in the station, the official website of Jinggang Metro and various agreement documents related to this line.

Line 4 shares a toll area with other Beijing subway lines except the airport line, so passengers do not need to buy tickets separately when transferring from other subway lines to Line 4. But there are many differences between Beijing subway and Beijing subway in the details of operation and management. The train numbering system of Line 4 is different from the traditional numbering system of Beijing Metro: the train does not use numbers to indicate the car sequence after the car group number, but uses railway technical terms abbreviations to indicate the car category. For example, "0 15M2" refers to the No.2 bullet train of 0 15, and "00 1Tc 1" refers to the trailer with console of No.00 1. Although the numbering system has no practical value for passengers, it is more standardized for vehicle managers.

The marshalling order of train cars on Line 4 is determined. From Gongyi West Bridge to Anhe Bridge North, the grouping sequence from beginning to end is: Tc 1, M 1, M3, T3, M2 and Tc2.

Line 4 also numbers the doors. The train uses "A" or "B" to indicate the left or right door, and then uses the number 1 ~ 4 to indicate the door sequence. Therefore, there is a note on the screen door of each platform, indicating the number of the car and door corresponding to the screen door. After Line 4 was put into operation, some vehicles of Beijing Metro 1 Line were also affixed with house numbers. Line 4 uses an in-car broadcast that is different from that of the Beijing subway, which is characterized by simplicity. When the train leaves Xuanwumen Station for Xidan, it will broadcast: "Next stop, Xidan. Passengers can change to subway 1 line. Next stop, Xidan. Transfer Station 1 Line. " In addition to automatic broadcasting, when the train approaches the transfer station or terminal, the driver will manually broadcast to remind passengers to get ready. When the train on Line 4 closes, it will occupy the speaker in the carriage and ring "beep" 20 times as a warning sound. When there are many people getting on and off, the driver will broadcast "The door is about to close, please get on and off quickly" or "The door is about to close, please stay away from the door".

Various tips such as "No Dangerous Goods" are broadcast regularly in the station of Line 4. Before the train enters the station, the station informs the passengers through the platform broadcast. At the beginning of the opening, some stations will broadcast the voice of "Welcome to XX Station" after the train is opened, and then it will be cancelled gradually. There are no warning bells at all stations. Eating and drinking is one of the management concepts of the Hong Kong Metro. The subway cars are crowded, so passengers eat here. On the one hand, it is not conducive to maintaining environmental hygiene; on the other hand, hot food and drinks may burn other passengers. In addition, when holding food, passengers themselves are not easy to keep balance in the swaying carriage, and they are easy to fall down. Therefore, "No Eating" signs are posted on the platforms and trains of Line 4.

However, the prohibition of eating and drinking has not been formally written into the passenger code of Beijing Metro Line 4. Considering the actual situation in Beijing, routine behaviors such as drinking water on Line 4 will not be stopped, and station attendant will only prompt and dissuade passengers when they eat food with strong taste and affect other passengers. Hello motherland

At the end of September 2009, at the beginning of the opening of Line 4, the Beijing-Hong Kong Metro launched a large-scale public welfare project "Hello Motherland". Beijing-Hong Kong Metro cooperated with Huaxia Geography magazine to shoot 200 groups of documentary images of people of different nationalities, different regions and different occupations, which were displayed by using more than 0/000 light boxes in the station, tunnel animation media, electronic PDP screens beside the track and electronic animation screens on the platform. At the same time, the Beijing-Hong Kong subway applied special exterior painting for these two trains to enhance the festive atmosphere.

On June 5438+ 10, 2009, a number of children's paintings with the theme of National Day were carefully selected by Jinggang Metro and posted on the wall of the transfer passage of Huang Zhuang Station in Haidian, expressing their blessings to the motherland with their unique paintings, echoing the "Hello Motherland" photo exhibition. At the same time, part of the "Hello Motherland" theme photography has taken on a new look. After further processing, the layout has reached a style similar to that of movie posters, which is more impactful.

The works will be exhibited on Line 4 for about 6 months. Jinggang Metro said that it hopes to bring graffiti art into the subway through the exhibition of "Graffiti Wall" at Xizhimen Station, thus providing broader materials for the cultural construction of Metro Line 4.
