The sun sets slowly near the western hills, and the Yellow River flows into the East China Sea.
By going up one flight of stairs, look further.
Translation:
During the day, the mountains gradually disappear and the water of the Yellow River flows into the sea.
If you want to see the beautiful scenery of thousands of miles of mountains and rivers, you must climb to a higher level.
