The three wonders of the Tang Dynasty, namely, "Poems and Songs of Li Bai", "Sword Dance of Pei Min" and "Zhang Xu cursive script", were sealed to the whole country by Emperor Wenzong of the Tang Dynasty.
Pei Min sword dance
According to "Unique Records", "In Kaiyuan, the general Pei Min died in his mother's home. Yi Daozi (painting Saint Wu Daozi), please draw a few walls of ghosts and gods at the Tiangong Temple in Dongdu, in order to help you. Tao Zi replied,' The painting has been abandoned for a long time. If the general is interested, tangle for me. Dance a sword. " Because of the fierce excitation, you will pass through the nether world. So take off your clothes and decorate them if you always do. Ma Rufei, left-handed and right-handed, threw the sword into the clouds, dozens of feet high. If the lightning shot down, the sword was carried by the sheath, and the sword entered through the air. Thousands of people watched it, all of them were chilling, and the Taoist priest helped the wall, which was spectacular for the world. Daozi painted it all his life. There is no reason to be proud. "
According to the Records of Famous Paintings in Past Dynasties, Wu Daozi, a painter, saw Pei Min's sword dance, and" once he finished haunting the gods and monsters, he "made great progress".
The poet Wang Wei once praised it with a poem "For General Pei Min":
There are seven swords at the waist and bows carved on the arms.
I didn't know there was a general in the sky until I said that there was a captive in the clouds.
Li Bai's Poems
Li Bai, whose word is Taibai, is known as "a poet" and "a poet". My ancestral home is Longxi (now Gansu), but I don't know why my ancestors lived in exile or broken leaves. It was not until Li Bai was young that he moved to Shu. He "recites liujia at the age of five, and watches a hundred schools at the age of ten", "watches fifteen wonderful books, and writes Lingxiangru". In his prime, he once roamed the world, learned Taoism and swords, drank good wine in Ren Xia, and laughed at princes and was free and easy.
Li Bai's poems are mainly lyrical, and he is the first poet who can truly absorb and improve from the folk literature and art at that time and Yuefu folk songs since Qin, Han and Wei dynasties to form his own unique style. He has extraordinary artistic talent and majestic artistic power. Everything that is surprising, gratifying, exciting and thought-provoking comes to the bottom. Du Fu has the comment that "the pen falls to shock the wind and rain, and the poem makes the gods cry", which is the most outstanding romantic poet in China after Qu Yuan. Li Bai's achievements in Yuefu, Gexing and quatrains are the highest. His songs completely broke all the inherent forms of poetry creation, with no one to rely on, and many brushstrokes, reaching the magical realm of being unpredictable and swaying. Li Bai's quatrains are natural and lively, elegant and chic, and can express endless feelings in concise and lively language. Among the poets in the prosperous Tang Dynasty, Wang Wei and Meng Haoran were good at the five verses, and Wang Changling wrote the seven verses well. However, Li Bai was the only one who combined the five verses with the seven verses.
Li Bai's poems are rich in imagination, unique in conception, magnificent in momentum, bold and elegant in style, and called "Great Li Du" with Du Fu, which is based on Han Yu's words: "Li Du's articles are there, and the flames are long." Ceng Gong once praised Li Baiwen as a "Sacrifice for a Generation": "The articles of Zi are written by Jieli people. When the earth opens up the sky, clouds steam and rain fall. It is magnificent to sow everything. Great ingenuity is natural, and like a long river, it is vast and unrestrained. Wan Li a diarrhea, especially at the end of the strong. As for the words, as for this. "I'm in high spirits and I'm proud of myself."
Zhang Xu's cursive script
Zhang Xu, born in Wujun (Suzhou, Jiangsu), was born in Bogao and Jiming. At the beginning, he was the commander of Changshu, and later he became the official of Jinwu, known as "Zhang Changshi". He is free and easy, generous, outstanding, talented and knowledgeable. With Li Bai, He Zhizhang, Li Shizhi, Li Jin, Cui Zongzhi, Su Jin and Jiao Sui, they are called the Eight Immortals in Drinking. Du Fu wrote in the Song of the Eight Immortals: "Zhang Xu's Three Cups of Grass, before taking off his hat and exposing the top of the maharaja, threw a piece of paper like clouds." Zhang Xu is a cursive master with great personality. Because he often gets drunk, he calls for crazy walking, then writes a book, even writing with his hair dipped in ink, so he is also known as "Zhang Dian". After Huai Su inherited and developed his brushwork, he also got his name from cursive script, and called it "Dianzhangzuisu". He also wrote poems, and together with He Zhizhang, Zhang Ruoxu and Bao Rong, he was known as the "Four Scholars of Wu Zhong".
Zhang Xu's calligraphy began with Zhangzhi and Erwang, and the cursive script was the highest achievement. He himself is proud of inheriting the tradition of "two kings", and his words are correct. His regular script is correct and precise. The rules are extremely strict, and Huanggu is known as "the Tang Dynasty's official books are second to none". If his regular script is more inheritance than creation, then his cursive script is a great innovation and development in calligraphy. It is shocking to create such a natural and unrestrained and unpredictable wild grass. Han Yu said, "Xu is good at cursive writing, but he can't cure the book of his skill. It changes like ghosts and gods, so you can't ignore it." Yan Zhenqing resigned twice and asked him for advice on brushwork. Zhang Xu is a pure artist, and he pours his emotions into stippling, no one is watching, and he is as intoxicated as a madman. Tang Hanyu praised it in "Preface to Send Gao Xian to the Master": "Emotion, embarrassment, sadness, happiness, resentment, longing, drunkenness, boredom and injustice, which are moving in the heart, must be expressed in cursive script. Looking at things, we can see mountains and rivers, cliffs and valleys, birds, animals, insects and fish, flowers and trees, the sun, the moon and the stars, storms, fires, thunder and thunderbolts, singing and dancing battles, and the changes in heaven and earth. One is in a book, so the changes in Xu's book are still ghosts and gods, and it is impossible to make a clue, and it will eventually become famous for future generations. "
