High clouds have always clustered in this city, and the autumn wind has scattered the sound of horse hooves.
The rivers and fields are still too narrow, and the mountains cannot be relieved when they enter Tongguan.

Translation:
Since a long time ago, this city has been surrounded by clouds, and the sound of horse hooves has been drowned out by the autumn wind.
The majestic rivers seem very restrained in front of it, and the mountains also know that they are not flat in front of Tongguan.
