Jin Haishu 1982 graduated from Xiamen University, 1989 went to Japan to study at his own expense, and 1995 obtained a master's degree in East Asian culture from Osaka Foreign Studies University. After graduation, he served as the representative of Japanese enterprises in China and worked in Tokyo.
