I. Statement
Media refers to traditional media (newspapers, magazines, radio and television, etc. ) and online media (websites, including forums).
Works refer to literary and artistic works created by the author himself in the form of words and pictures. Whether published or not, the author enjoys copyright in accordance with the Copyright Law of People's Republic of China (PRC).
Submission refers to submission to the novel reading network. Agreement between the novel reading network and the author: If the author contributes to the novel reading network, it is deemed that the author agrees with this submission notice.
Publication refers to the publication of works on novel reading network and related electronic publications. Without special circumstances, once a work is published, it cannot be revoked or deleted.
Second, the author contributes.
Submission method: You should register at this site first, and then use the registered pen name and password to contribute to the Writers Center of Fiction Reading Network.
Fiction reading network does not accept works containing one of the following contents:
Opposing the basic principles stipulated in the Constitution;
Endangering national security, revealing state secrets, subverting state power and undermining national unity;
Damaging the honor and interests of the state;
Inciting national hatred and discrimination and undermining national unity;
Destroying the state's religious policy and propagating cults and feudal superstitions;
Spreading rumors, disrupting social order and undermining social stability;
Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetting a crime;
Insult or slander others and infringe upon their legitimate rights and interests;
Containing other contents prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
The contributor must be the author himself. The novel reading network does not accept works submitted (or reposted) by others, regardless of whether the original author's name and source have been indicated.
The novel reading network provides three submission methods: long story, short story, prose and poetry. Please select the corresponding submission type during the submission process.
When publishing a novel, please publish at least 30,000 words. If the number of words is less than 30,000, it will not pass the review of the novel reading network.
After successful submission, the author can immediately log in to the "Writer Center" to check the submission processing status. According to the review results of the novel reading network, the work will show the corresponding status (failed, passed, required review, submitted for review, original confirmation, and the work rejected). If the author finds that the work is still in the "unapproved" state for more than 48 hours, it is suggested that the author post an inquiry in "Forum Affairs", and please provide the registered pen name and article title when inquiring.
The operating authority of all contracted works on this site belongs to Novel Reading Network, including but not limited to uploading, publishing and lifting the ban. For the convenience of daily maintenance, this site can authorize the operation authority to the author himself, but this site reserves the right to withdraw and adjust the operation authority at any time.
Third, review and publication.
Under normal circumstances, the novel reading network will review each work according to the prescribed standards according to the time sequence of submission, and then decide whether to publish or reject the manuscript, and at the same time send a notice to the writer center. You will see the review status of the works in the works management of the Writers Center.
The review will be completed within 24 hours after receiving the author's contribution. If the author does not receive such employment notice or rejection letter within 48 hours after submission, it may be due to legal holidays or the recent surge in the number of submissions, and the review will be postponed accordingly.
The requirements for publishing a written work are: fluency in arts and sciences, and enrichment in words. Fiction Reading Network reserves the right to review and reject all manuscripts. Fiction Reading Network reserves the right to cancel and delete the published manuscript at any time without notifying the author in advance.
Fourth, about remuneration.
When the author publishes a work on the novel reading network, it is deemed that the author agrees that there is no need to pay remuneration.
The traditional media that selects works from the novel reading network shall pay remuneration to the author of the works according to law.
For all works applying for VIP, only after the novel reading network passes the VIP audit will the author be paid according to the share ratio and the subscription amount of the user.
Verb (abbreviation for verb) authorization level
A-level authorization: I hereby guarantee that I am the copyright owner of this work, which was first published on the novel reading website. I agree that the novel reading network is the exclusive agent for the copyright of this work. Before revoking this entrustment, I will no longer send this work to other media, and Fiction Reading Network will be fully responsible for any matters related to the publication and reprinting of this work. Without the authorization of the novel reading network, other media may not reprint it.
Class B authorization: I hereby guarantee that I am the copyright owner of this work. I agree that the novel reading website publishes this work, and I agree that the novel reading website recommends this work to other media. Without the consent of the novel reading network or the author himself, no other media may reprint it. Please inform me in time once the traditional media decides to publish it. I reserve the right to contribute directly to other media without repeated authorization.
Third, review and publication.
Plagiarism refers to the act of stealing other people's works without the consent of the original author.
As a network service provider, novel reading network does not have enough monitoring ability for plagiarism. However, once discovered, they have the obligation to eliminate plagiarism and stop the continued spread of plagiarized works.
The novel reading network does not bear legal responsibility for such infringement committed by others on the website, and the legal responsibility for infringement is borne by the plagiarist and the plagiarist himself. When requested by the judicial department or the copyright owner, the novel reading network has the obligation to provide the registration information of the infringer.
A person who files an infringement accusation against a work published on the novel reading network must meet certain conditions and provide three types of information to warn the novel reading network or ask for registration information:
First, the identity certificate of the copyright owner, including valid identity documents such as ID card, legal person license and business license;
The second is the proof of copyright ownership, including relevant copyright registration certificates, publishing books or periodicals, and creating manuscripts. ;
The third is the proof of infringement, including the content and location of the alleged infringement information. As long as the above conditions are met, the novel reading network will take corresponding measures including taking off the shelf; Do not meet the above conditions, not to take corresponding measures, including removal.
The author who contributes to the novel reading network shall be deemed to agree with the corresponding measures taken by the novel reading network in the preceding paragraph. After taking the corresponding measures such as removal under the conditions mentioned in the preceding paragraph, the novel reading network will not bear the liability for breach of contract or other legal liabilities to the author, including the liability for compensation for the damage caused to the author because the infringement accusation is not established.
