This topic was initiated in September, 20 15. First, the research background

For a long time, our education has been bound by traditional educational ideas and models. In class, it is basically the teacher who talks and the students who listen. Teachers just regard students as the objects of education and cram knowledge into their minds. Students seldom participate in teaching activities, and only rely on rote memorization. Students' qualities in all aspects can't develop harmoniously, and the trained talents lack the spirit of independent innovation. In the new round of basic education curriculum reform, many teachers have changed or are changing their concepts and teaching methods, and have realized that they should pay attention to the cultivation of students' ability, improve their quality, take students as the main body and give full play to their main role. However, students have become accustomed to the educational mode of "doing what the teacher says" and "doing what the teacher says", and students are in a passive position, which leads to passive learning and inability to learn. Therefore, many teachers often feel this way: why give students a pot of fire and get a piece of ice in return! The reasons for this embarrassing situation of "passionate but heartless troubles" are very complicated and can be summarized as: 1. Basic education can't get rid of the shackles of exam-oriented education. Quality education has been called for many years, but it is undeniable that exam-oriented education still occupies an important position in the process of implementing teaching at this stage. Teachers failed to get rid of the old ideas completely. Its main manifestations are: one-sided teaching objectives, focusing on the pursuit of scores, while ignoring quality development; The teaching task is single, only imparting knowledge, not paying attention to students' learning ability. 3. The survey results show that all students think that learning Chinese and autonomous learning are very important. 78% students have studied independently under the guidance of teachers in classroom activities, but they have not taken the initiative to study independently. More than 90% students feel that their autonomous learning ability is poor.

According to the survey results and the actual situation of our school, we put forward the following corresponding countermeasures and put them into practice:

Establish the dominant position of teachers and change "teaching" into "guiding learning". At present, there are two phenomena in classroom teaching: first, students are "busy" in the activities organized by teachers throughout the class, communicating, discussing and speaking, so it is difficult to see students thinking quietly and intently, and the guiding position of teachers is suddenly highlighted. Second, teachers' leading role is played down in class, and students are allowed to make their own decisions. Without sufficient guidance and creating situations, students can "say whatever they want", "communicate with whoever they want" and "communicate their learning feelings in their own way", but teachers can't play a leading role in time. It seems that they are giving full play to students' dominant position, but in fact they are "herding sheep" teaching. Practice has proved that only by changing teachers' teaching methods can students' learning methods be effectively changed, that is to say, teachers should play a brand-new role-designer, director, promoter, organizer and learning partner.
