According to China's copyright law, what is a deductive work?
Article 12 of China's Copyright Law stipulates: "The copyright of a work produced by adaptation, translation, annotation and arrangement of an existing work shall be enjoyed by the person who adapted, translated, annotated and arranged the work, but the exercise of copyright shall not infringe the copyright of the original work." Therefore, a deductive work refers to a work that has been adapted, translated, annotated and sorted out, which is a work derived from the creative work of the author on the basis of the existing work, and the copyright belongs to the person who has adapted, translated, annotated and sorted out.
