1, quatrains first:
There are long bamboo shoots in the west of the hall that don't open the door, and peppers in the north return to the village.
Shu Mei promised to have dinner with Zhu, and Kao Sung planned to talk about Ruan Sheng.
Vernacular translation:
The bamboo shoots in the west of the hall are lush, blocking the door, and the peppers planted in the north are also lush, growing into a row but separating the neighboring villages.
Seeing the ripe plums in the garden, I want to wait until the plums are ripe before inviting Zhu to taste the new ones. Seeing the pine trees in front of the hall, I want to talk to Ruan Sheng about Panasonic's past and present.
2, "quatrains No.2":
I want to be a floating cloud, and the cold rain in April is shocking.
There is a dragon cave in Qingxi first, and Zhushishan is afraid to be safe.
Vernacular translation:
I wanted to build a fish beam, but suddenly dark clouds covered the rapids, and then I was surprised that the rain in April was so cold.
Maybe there are dragons living in this Qingxi, and the bamboo stones used to build the embankment are piled up like mountains, so I dare not take any more risks.
3, "quatrains, the third song":
"Two orioles sing green willows, and egrets cover the sky."
My window framed the snow-covered western hills. My door often says "goodbye" to ships sailing eastward.
Vernacular translation:
Two orioles are singing among the green willows, and a row of egrets are flying in the blue sky.
The scenery of Xiling Snow Mountain seems to be embedded in the window, and ships coming and going to Soochow are parked by the door.
4, "quatrains, the fourth song":
The medicine strips are moist green and too brown to enter the grass pavilion.
The seedlings are full of shame, and the roots dare not form.
Vernacular translation:
The branches and leaves of herbs grow green, and the green overflows the brown pavilion and enters the grass pavilion.
I am ashamed of the reputation of "Miao people are empty mountains", but I am afraid that their roots will not take shape in the dry soil.
Author information and creative background of four quatrains;
1, author information:
Du Fu (7 12-770), with beautiful words, tried to call himself Shaoling Night Old. Take Jinshi as an example. He used to be a foreign minister in the school department, so he was called Du Gongbu internationally. He is the greatest realistic poet in the Tang Dynasty. After the Song Dynasty, he was honored as a "poet saint" and called "Du Li" with Li Bai.
His poems boldly exposed the social contradictions at that time and expressed deep sympathy for the poor. Many excellent works show the historical process of the Tang Dynasty from prosperity to decline, which is called "the history of poetry". In art, he is good at using various forms of poetry, especially rhythmic poetry; Various styles, mainly depression; Refined language with high expressive force. There are more than 1400 poems, including Du Gongbu Collection.
2. Create a background:
This group of poems was written in the spring of 764, the second year of Guangde, Tang Daizong. In the first year of Baoying, Tang Suzong (762), Chengdu Yin entered the DPRK, and turmoil occurred in Shu. Du Fu once avoided Zizhou (treating Santai in Sichuan). In the second year, the Anshi Rebellion was put down. A year later, Yanwu returned to Chengdu and went to Shu again.
Du Fu learned the news of this old friend and followed him back to Chengdu Caotang. At this time, Du Fu's mood was particularly comfortable. Faced with a vibrant scene, he couldn't help writing this group of impromptu poems. Du Yi of Wang Siyuan in the late Ming Dynasty said that this group of poems was "built after living in the thatched cottage, and it is planned to spend the rest of my life here, but I said so".
