-a poem popular in Europe on Thanksgiving Day.
I have a partner who grabs the quilt with me every night.
Because that means he/she is not with someone else.
Some teenagers only watch TV and don't wash dishes.
Because it means that he/she stays at home instead of wandering outside.
I pay taxes because it means I have a job.
My clothes are getting tighter and tighter, which means I eat well.
Shadows accompany me to work, which means that I am in the bright sunshine.
To mow the grass, to clean the windows,
There are sewers to be repaired, which means I have a home.
Can find the farthest parking space,
Because it means I can still walk, and I am lucky to have a car.
There is a huge electricity bill because it means my air conditioner is cold.
In the church, there is a lady behind me who is tone deaf.
Because that means I can still hear you.
There is a pile of clothes to be washed and ironed, because that means I have clothes to wear.
Feeling tired and sore at the end of the day,
Because that means I have the ability to work hard.
Being woken up by the alarm clock in the morning means that I am still alive.
Finally, thanks for too many emails,
Because that means many friends will think of me.
When you feel that life is terrible,
Just watch it again!
Pupils praise gratitude with English poems;
Thanksgiving is coming,
Thanksgiving is held every year.
I have something to say,
Thanksgiving is my favorite day!
