In fact, Tathagata's remarks represent Buddhism and the recognition of Zhu Bajie's experience by Heaven.

It turned out that Pig Bajie was drunk and flirted with Chang 'e, which led to picketing Lingguan, but he also arrested him forcefully and fought with the heavenly generals.
During the war, Pig Bajie exposed himself as a wild boar. He went crazy and knocked down the bullfighting palace in one bite! Where is the bullfighting palace? The place where the Jade Emperor is located is the Bullfighting Palace, and the Lingxiao Hall is the main hall of the Bullfighting Palace. In other words, Pig Bajie actually went all the way from Guanghan Palace to the Bullfighting Palace and broke into it.

For Bajie, the lightest of the three crimes is molesting Chang 'e, but why did Bajie only mention molesting Chang 'e and not mention the other two crimes?
It is a great sin for Bajie to break into the palace and destroy the fairy grass without authorization. But the Jade Emperor can't put the pig to death because he has committed such a big crime. The Jade Emperor is very embarrassed.
As a man, it is not shameful to be demoted to the secular world because of pursuing (flirting with) beautiful women. At least Bajie never felt ashamed. Bajie himself hoped to bury the contradiction between himself and the Jade Emperor and chose to disclose the most acceptable charges.
