School-based Curriculum Development of Shuanglonggou Ecological Protection in Haxi Town, Tianzhu County, Gansu Province

The formulation of school-based curriculum first appeared in Britain, the United States and other developed countries in the 1970s, and it has a history of nearly 40 years. The development of school-based curriculum is not only to make students adapt to the needs of social and economic development quickly, but more importantly, it provides a possibility for the choice and development of schools, so that schools can better choose courses suitable for the development of schools and students.

School-based courses are mainly divided into two categories: one is to make national and local courses school-based and personalized, and the teaching activities of all teachers in our school are essentially school-based curriculum implementation activities in a broad sense. Second, the school designs and develops new courses, that is, the school scientifically evaluates the needs of students, fully considers the local reality, and develops diversified courses for students to choose from with schools and teachers as the main body. That is, school-based curriculum in a narrow sense. The school-based curriculum development of Shuanglonggou ecological protection I mentioned belongs to the second situation.

Haxi Town, Tianzhu County belongs to the eastern part of Qilian Mountain range and is located in the experimental area of Qilian Mountain National Nature Reserve. There are snow-capped mountains, grasslands, forests and alpine meadows. The terrain in this area is complex and the climate is changeable, and human beings have been active here for a long time. It is also located at the intersection of Mongolian Plateau, Loess Plateau and Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Culturally, it belongs to the intersection of grassland civilization and farming civilization, where Han, Tibetan, indigenous, Mongolian and Hui nationalities thrive. The blending and collision of cultures make the culture of Tianzhu Haxi Town diversified. In the 1980s, the Shuanglonggou gold rush appeared, and the population of Haxi town once exceeded 65,438+10,000, making it a famous little Hong Kong at that time.

The unique geographical location and diverse national cultures have brought greater development vitality to Tianzhu. How to integrate these national cultural advantages and develop into a culture that ordinary students can accept and carry forward is the focus I emphasize. Among them, Shuanglonggou is the best breakthrough point, and it is still one of the topics that people in Haxi Town must talk about every day.

Shuanglonggou has many topics to talk about. I choose a few of them and try to blend them.

First, gold. In the 1980s, there were gold prospectors in almost every family in Haxi Town, Tianzhu County. This is the most important topic of Shuanglonggou, which can be started from the following aspects:

1. How to mine, beneficiate, elutriation and precipitate gold ... How to operate the process can be regarded as social practice and field observation of Jinwozi. (geography)

2. Gold mining history, South American colonial history, California gold rush and social changes. (politics)

3. The history and evolution of gold as a monetary standard. (politics)

4. The history of gold mining in Shuanglonggou has evolved from the Yuan Dynasty to the present, with the region from Qinghai to Gansu. (history)

Second, Laojingou and Jinwozi's "Little Hong Kong in the 1980s" and the social and cultural changes in Haxi Town, including folk stories such as Moqi Mountain, seven grass carts, giant Buddha on the ladder mountain, anecdotes and so on, all contain many wonderful stories, which can mobilize students, interview local farmers and herdsmen and collect them into a collection of Shuanglonggou stories. On the one hand, it provides students with learning opportunities, on the other hand, it collects and sorts them out, making contributions to cultural inheritance. (Chinese)

Third, the ecological protection of Shuanglonggou.

1. Ecological protection in the core area of Qilian Mountain, relevant national policies, historical evolution of system, Shiyang River basin management, downhill project into Sichuan, soil and water conservation project, national strategy of green water and green mountains ... (Politics)

2. Cordyceps sinensis. (biology, geography)

Fourth, religious culture. 50 kilometers east of Shuanglonggou, there is the famous Tiantai Mountain Grottoes. The appearance of Tiantai Mountain Grottoes is a microcosm of the development of Buddhist culture, which reflects the transition stage of Buddhism from the Western Regions to the Central Plains, and thus discusses the relationship between Buddhism and Tibetan Buddhism. Tianzhu, as a Tibetan autonomous county, how did Tibetan Buddhism form and develop, and what role did it play in social development? (History and Politics)

The overall thinking feels good, but as a layman, I still feel that there are many problems, such as the integration with the national curriculum. In addition, how to mobilize the whole school teachers to participate and how to seek support from outside is the biggest problem and test I face. If there are teachers who want to participate, please give guidance and support.
