Looking back at the high city falling into the river, the window of the pavilion presses the microwave.
Narcissus wanted to go to carp, and Furong cried all night.
This is a farewell poem. In the fourth year of Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty (850), the poet returned to Chang 'an from Lu Hong, Xuzhou, passing through Bian Cheng. After a short stay, the poet left. The poet's friend, the beautiful singer, was very sad about the poet's departure, so the poet wrote this poem as a souvenir.
This poem depicts a farewell scene in a long pavilion, and many allusions are used in the poem, which makes the poetic style present a romantic color. With the help of myth, the author turned the farewell scene into a legendary story, making the situation confusing and fantastic.
The first two sentences of the poem describe the scenes of separate events, and "Xiao He" explains that it happened in the early hours of the morning, rendering a separate sad scene. In the third sentence, the poet introduced myths and legends, which injected illusory factors into his poems. Narcissus leaves beside carp indicate that he is about to leave, thus integrating reality with illusion. The last sentence reversed the time, did not focus on the scene at that time, but wrote the beautiful woman who sent her farewell and cried all night. By reviewing the sadness of a night on the eve of parting, the sadness of parting is directly expressed.
The poet chooses the images in fairy tales to construct poetry, which makes this farewell work present novel, gorgeous, romantic and fantastic style characteristics.
