"Shangque" and "Shangque" are usually used to indicate the first paragraph or the previous paragraph of a word. There is no difference between these two words in modern Chinese.
In ancient poetry, "que" is a quantifier and "que" is a noun, but both words are pronounced as "que" and are universal in expressing poetic paragraphs. A word is usually divided into two paragraphs, the former is called "Shangque" or "Shangque" and the latter is called "Xiaque" or "Xiaque".
