The purpose of assigning homework is nothing more than two things: one is to master and deepen the understanding of classroom knowledge through practice. The second is to apply what you have learned and achieve mastery through a comprehensive study. The homework under the new curriculum should make students experience happiness and happiness in the process of completion, and make homework become the conscious need of students' growth. Therefore, when designing homework, teachers should not only consider the general function and role of homework, but also pay attention to students' main role, respect students' individual differences, and reform the form and content of homework to make it interesting and attractive. So that each student's personality can be fully developed and their learning ability and knowledge level can be improved. In the usual teaching, I tried the following methods:
First, attach importance to the subjectivity of students' learning and give them the initiative to do their homework.
Students are different. There is no difference in the homework done by students with differences, and there will inevitably be a phenomenon that some students are "not full" and some students are "unable to eat". In this way, the development of students' Chinese ability will be curbed. Understanding and respecting this difference is an important feature of subjective learning. Therefore, when assigning homework, teachers must pay attention to students' individual differences, reflect students' dominant position, make homework have a certain level and play, and facilitate students to choose the measurement and difficulty of practice.
Second, stimulate students' interest and assign practical homework:
For a long time, people often position the function of homework as "consolidating knowledge" and "strengthening skills", which leads to the misunderstanding of mechanical repetition and monotony. Teachers always follow the principle of covering everything, the more the better, and think that the more students do and remember, the higher their ability will be in the future. However, primary school Chinese should cultivate students' listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities. Therefore, this single writing assignment can no longer meet the requirements of quality education. Moreover, monotonous writing assignments are often one of the reasons why some students lose interest in learning and do not do or finish their homework.
In order to change this situation, in the usual teaching work, I often design various forms of extracurricular homework according to the requirements and characteristics of teaching content, and strive to be creative in my homework. Listening, speaking, reading, writing, doing, playing and watching may all become Chinese homework, which keeps students fresh at all times. Let students not feel that they are passively doing homework to complete the homework left by the teacher. I tried the following practical Chinese homework, and the students are full of interest, willing to do and like to learn. 1, keep writing. After learning the text, in order to strengthen ideological education, deepen the understanding of the text, guide students to ponder the author's thoughts and feelings, and write down the text according to the author's ideas. Through rich association and inner experience, students can deepen their understanding of the text and develop their thinking ability, imagination and expression ability. For example, after learning the article "Space Shuttle", I asked students to continue writing about the future of small planes. Through the continuation, the students further realized that the ordinary plane and the space shuttle contained in the article have their own advantages and uses, and should not sell themselves short. 2. Make a data card. Before learning a text, I will leave my homework to collect the relevant information of the text and make an information card. The size of the cards is the same, and the cards must have a certain thickness so that students can organize and save them. I tell my students that this is their wealth. Don't underestimate this small information card made by students, which can be permeated with the sweat of many children. What should I collect if students have to question before collecting? After the problem of what to collect was solved, the second problem came at once. Where can I get it? At this time, the students are crossing the sea in the Eight Immortals to show their magical power. There are many channels to collect relevant information, such as going to the library, surfing the Internet and asking people around you. As a result, students can get all kinds of exercises. 3. Observe the experience. Before or after learning the text, in order to let students know the existence of some natural phenomena, arrange for students to observe and experience in person, and then write an observation diary. For example, in order to feel the beauty of nature and the loveliness of swallows after the first class, I arranged for students to observe the spring around them, and the students were particularly interested. Through observation, the students not only enjoyed the beautiful scenery of nature, but also wrote down other lovely animals and plants in spring in their observation diaries, from which they expressed their infinite love for nature. 4. Painting imagination. In order to learn the text better, stimulate students' interest in learning the text and feel the beauty and charm of the language, students can deepen their understanding of the content of the text by drawing pictures, which is helpful for learning. For example, when teaching the ancient poem "Seeing Lin Zifang at Jingci Temple", in order to let students understand the artistic conception of the poem, I arranged homework for students to draw a colorful picture according to their own understanding of the poem. At that time, the students were so enthusiastic that they seemed eager to try. The next day, all the paintings, large and small, were handed in. Looking at these paintings that reveal the true feelings, for me, it is not so much correcting homework as appreciating the works. The students also truly felt the beautiful and far-reaching artistic conception of "the lotus leaves are infinitely green the next day and the lotus flowers are infinitely red the next day". 5. Rehearse the textbook drama. For some articles with strong thoughts and vivid stories, students can be arranged to voluntarily form a small drama club and compile a textbook drama. In fact, the process of compiling textbook plays is a good opportunity for students to exercise their abilities in all aspects. If some simple props need to be made in this process, in order to show the quality of the role, students must carefully consider the language, psychology, movements and demeanor of the role. And in order to arrange the drama in the textbook, we must learn to cooperate with others. This assignment takes a lot of effort, but students like to rehearse their textbooks and drama assignments. For example, after learning the one-act drama "Public Instruments Refuse to Give", students try to perform the script and turn the words into concrete images, which is full of interest. 6. Reading after class. First, guide students to read articles related to the text they have learned. For example, after learning the article "Humen Smoke", let students read the history of "Humen Smoke" and then introduce it to other students to cultivate students' ability to collect and use information; Another example is to encourage students to read the original Romance of the Three Kingdoms and understand the story background when studying the selection of famous works such as Three Visits to the Maolu. Second, guide students to read other kinds of books and periodicals, including Chinese and foreign masterpieces, essays, poems, etc. , thus enriching students' knowledge reserves.
There are many forms of students' practical homework. We should constantly consolidate, improve and innovate in our teaching practice, and strive to make every student succeed in his own homework and get a relaxed, happy and satisfying psychological experience.
Third, contact with students' life and reflect the openness of homework.
Homework, as one of the important contents of Chinese teaching, can't be limited to the content of learning in class, only to the knowledge of textbooks. Although the content of Chinese textbooks in primary schools is rich, the knowledge is limited. The world of Chinese learning is vast, and the tentacles of Chinese teaching should extend to every corner of primary school students' lives, so that students can learn nutrition from familiar daily life.
For example, students can be asked to carry out social investigation activities. By visiting and consulting relevant materials, we can investigate the familiar surrounding environment and people, understand the changes of life and environment, the pace of the times and the progress of society, and learn from the role models around us. This is very helpful to enrich students' experience and learn to get along with others. Students can also be required to watch and talk about news every day; Collect advertisements and warnings on the street and spread them ... In this way, homework design will be combined with children's family life, social life and learning activities of other disciplines to form a harmonious learning whole, so as to consolidate, apply and deepen the learned Chinese knowledge, so that students can consolidate Chinese knowledge in social practice, develop Chinese ability and innovation ability, and be improved in rich social life.
In addition, in the evaluation of homework, we should also consider different evaluation methods for different students' intelligence. It is necessary to adopt a new way of homework evaluation, which not only pays attention to students' knowledge learning achievements, but also echoes the reform of homework methods, including students' small inventions, small creations and small papers. The evaluation of this practical work should focus on encouragement, stimulation and guidance. Teachers should use emotional language such as praise, encouragement, expectation and regret to motivate students and fully mobilize their learning enthusiasm. Students can also participate in the evaluation process, combining teacher evaluation, group evaluation and self-evaluation, so that students can become the masters of evaluation.
"Teachers have the heart and scholars benefit." Homework is an extension of classroom teaching, and its optimal design can reduce students' burden to the maximum extent, enrich their after-school life and develop their unique personality.
