"Dwelling in the Mountains in the Twilight of Autumn" describes the scene at dusk after the rain in early autumn. It is a landscape poem. The name of this poem flourished during the Tianbao period of Kaiyuan. It was written by Wang Wei when he lived in seclusion at the foot of Zhongnan Mountain in Wangchuan in his later years.
Wang Wei was a famous poet and painter in the Tang Dynasty of my country. Wang Weiduo sang about landscapes and countryside with exquisite language. He often composes poems in the form of Wulu and Wujue. Wang Wei was widowed in middle age, childless in old age, and had lived alone for 30 years.
Since middle age, I have been depressed and have sought sustenance from worshiping Buddha and mountains and rivers. Together with Meng Haoran, he is known as "Wang Meng" and is known as the "Poetry Buddha". He meditated on Zen and realized Taoism, and traveled among mountains and rivers. He claimed to take pleasure in realizing silence, and incorporated his emotions into his poems. Therefore, in addition to his superb artistic skills, his poems also reflect his daily leisure and negative thoughts. ?
Translation
The valley is empty and fresh after the new rain, and the weather is particularly cool in the early autumn evening.
The bright moon shines in the quiet pine forest, and clear spring water flows on the rocks.
Noisy noises came from the bamboo forest, and I knew it was a girl coming back from doing laundry. The lotus leaves swaying gently, I knew it was a boat wandering up and down.
Although the spring flowers and plants disappear, the autumn scenery in front of me is enough to make me linger for a long time.
