The story about Xingtian, the god of war.

Xingtian is one of the figures in ancient myths and legends in China, contending with the Yellow Emperor.

Xingtian was a literary official of Emperor Yan in mythology, and he loved music. He wrote poems such as Fu Li Qu and Feng Nian Ci for Emperor Yan's birthday.

The weapon used by Xingtian was Qi, which was a giant axe. There is also a bronze square shield, which was called dry in ancient times. Xingtian held a bronze square shield in his left hand and an axe in his right, and went straight to the palace of the Yellow Emperor.

After Emperor Yan was defeated by the Yellow Emperor in the Battle of Hanquan, Xingtian followed Emperor Yan and settled in the south. At that time, Chiyou took revenge, but was razed by the Yellow Emperor, so he was beheaded. In a rage, Xingtian took an axe in his hand and killed him outside the worse heaven in the middle of heaven, naming him to fight alone with the Yellow Emperor.

When the Yellow Emperor saw that Xingtian had killed him, he was furious and took up his sword and fought with Xingtian. Two people from the palace to the palace, straight to yangshan. Xingtian was overwhelmed and his head was chopped off. Xingtian's head fell to the ground and rolled down the slope to Chang yangshan's feet. Xingtian, who was beheaded, crouched down to find his head.

In order to avoid the resurrection of Xingtian, the Yellow Emperor buried his head in Changyang Mountain. Xingtian stood without his head, with an axe in his right hand and a shield in his left, waving wildly at the sky. Xingtian, who was plunged into darkness, was furious. He took two nipples as his eyes, opened his navel as his mouth, and continued to fight with the Yellow Emperor.

Seeing that headless Xingtian was still waving his shield axe angrily, the Yellow Emperor was awed by Xingtian's ferocity and gave up fighting. The decapitated Xingtian is still near Chang yangshan, waving his weapon.

This is the story of Xingtian dancing.

Extended information:

According to Oracle Bone Inscriptions and inscriptions on bronze, Xingtian is a humanoid symbol, which is the symbol totem of clan and tribe. Xingtian was originally a nameless deity of Huaxia nationality, and was called "Xingtian" only after being beheaded. Originally recorded in Shan Hai Jing, it was called "Xingtian", and the name of "Xingtian" was believed to have been changed by Tao Yuanming.

According to Tai Ping Yu Lan, Tao Jingjie's Collection of Poems on Mountains and Seas, "Xingtian" means "physically disabled", but there may be some mistakes in copying, such as "Xingtian dances for the sake of happiness" and "physically dead without a thousand years old".

For thousands of years, scholars have argued that Tao Yuanming used "Xingtian" or "Xing Yao". In the Northern Song Dynasty, Hong Zeng said that "Xingtian danced for the sake of happiness" was correct, but in the Southern Song Dynasty, Zhou Bida retorted that "Xingtian danced for the sake of happiness" was illogical in poetry, so "Xing Yao was not a thousand years old" was correct.

However, in the Qing Dynasty, Tao Shu tended to Hong Zeng's theory, and later Lu Xun and Guo Moruo thought that "Xing Yao" and "Xing Tian" could not reach this meaning, so they used "Xingtian".
