Nuodeng culture

When the economy is prosperous, the style of writing flourishes. Norden style prevailed, reaching its peak in Ming and Qing dynasties, and talented people came forth in large numbers. Among the three sons of Yunlong in Qing Dynasty, there are two Nuo Deng, and there are countless others such as Juren, Gong Sheng and Scholar. In history, there are people who are "scholars in central Yunnan" (Huang Gui), "famous in the north" and "whose articles are well known in the world", which shows that their surnames are prosperous and talented people come forth in large numbers.

Nuodeng Village formed about 20 surnames in Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties, which came from Jiangxi, Henan, Jiangsu, Fujian, Sichuan, Dali, Eryuan and Deng Chuan in Yunnan. Many ancestors named Nuo Deng originally came here to be officials, leaving their descendants here, including duang, the queen of Dali.

Nuodeng is a half-breed of Bai and Han people in the mainland. The ancestors here were Bai people, but the genealogy was moved from the mainland. No matter what race they used to be, they were gradually assimilated and melted by the local Bai culture, forming a unique national culture that Nuodeng has today, which combines the Chinese mainland culture with the local Bai traditional culture.
