Appreciation of Wang Anshi's Su Dongpo's Poetry

The representative works of these three poems are Sushi's Nostalgia, Xin Qiji's Huaichibi, Yong Yule's Huaijingkou Gubeiting and Wang Anshi's Huaijinling. Judging poetry is nothing more than examining it from the background of personal experience and creation.

Su Shi's poems are very bold, and Nian Nujiao's nostalgia for the past at Chibi is not only thrilling, but also constitutes a heroic picture of Cao Cao, Zhuge Liang, Sun Quan and Zhou Yu. Although Su Shi is very unhappy in officialdom and has been demoted again and again in Danzhou, Huizhou and Huangzhou, we can see from many of his poems that he is very open-minded, and his nostalgic poems are unrestrained. He just worships and admires historical figures without much realistic feelings, and he is more inclined to be chic, broad-minded and ambitious.

Xin Qiji's poems are also bold, but more gloomy and tragic. Xin Qiji in Ci, like Lu You in Ci, is the banner of patriotic poetry in Southern Song Dynasty. It is this ardent patriotic enthusiasm and full spirit of struggle that makes Ci closely linked with the destiny of the country and the nation, solemn and stirring, vigorous and heroic. "Ode to Fishing Music Jingkou Gubei Pavilion" was written by Xin Qiji with deep anxiety and a cavity of grief and indignation. Although he is nostalgic, he is making use of the topic to allude to reality, which inevitably makes people feel heavy, worried and sad.

Wang Anshi's Nostalgia at Xiang Jin Mausoleum in Gui Zhi seems to have little to do with his experience. Just a sigh for the prosperity of the Six Dynasties. The evaluation of this poem is "not only lofty, vigorous and powerful, but also a masterpiece of Jinling nostalgia."

These three poems are all different in tone, but on the whole, they are magnificent and broad in artistic conception. The above is a concrete analysis of the differences between their ancient poems, hoping to help you =v=
