He Jia Sheren's early work on the Daming Palace
Tang Dynasty: Wang Wei
The sun is just around the corner and the cacti are moving, and the cigarette smoke is floating next to the dragon.
After the court is over, the five-color edict must be cut, and the sound of the sword should be returned to Fengchitou.
Translation:
The rising sun shook the king's pheasant tail palm fan, and the floating incense drifted towards the emperor's embroidered dragon robe. After leaving the court, he wrote the emperor's imperial edict on five-color paper. The civil servants in purple clothes and jade pendants were busy at this moment.
Dan Ge Xing
Tang Dynasty: Bai Juyi
The sun is like fire, traveling thousands of miles upward.
It goes out as day and enters into night, turning round like a pearl and unable to stay.
Translation:
The color of the rising sun is like fire, and it only takes a moment to rise a thousand miles. When the sun rises, it is day; when it sinks, it is night. The round sun moves continuously like a spinning bead.
Morning trip to Shangshan
Tang Dynasty: Wen Tingyun
Starting in the morning to recruit priests, the travelers mourned their hometown.
The sound of chickens is heard in Maodian and the moon is shining in Banqiao.
Translation:
When I get up at dawn, the bells of the carriages and horses are already shaking; after a long journey, the wanderer misses his hometown. The sound of chickens is loud, the thatched shop is bathed in the afterglow of the dawn moon; the footprints are faint, and the wooden plank bridge is covered with early spring frost.
Xiao Ri
Tang Dynasty: Han Xie
The glow from the sky enters the water, and the sky in the water becomes red for a while.
After the third watch of the day, the first golden crow is sent to the blue sky.
Translation:
The glow from the sky reflected into the water, and for a moment the sky reflected in the water turned red. As long as you wait until after the third watch at the Sun View Peak of Mount Tai, you will see the first red sun rising into the blue sky.
After Snow in the Mountains
Qing Dynasty: Zheng Xie
When I open the door in the morning, the mountains are covered with snow, the snow is clear, the clouds are pale, and the sun is cold.
The eaves are not dripping with plum blossom jelly, a kind of loneliness that is not leisurely.
Translation:
When I woke up in the morning and opened the door, I saw that the top of the mountain was covered with heavy snow. At this time, the sky has cleared up, and the light of the rising sun has become colder through the light white clouds. The snow on the eaves has not yet begun to melt, and the plum blossom branches in the courtyard are still frozen by ice and snow.
How unusual is such a cold and lonely atmosphere!
