What is the original text of the ancient poem "Village Residence"

Village Residence is the work of Gao Ding, a poet in Qing Dynasty.

The whole poem is as follows: the grass grows in February, and the willows are drunk with spring smoke. The children came back from school early, so they were busy flying kites in the east wind.

Literal meaning of the poem: In February of the lunar calendar, grass gradually germinates and grows around the village, and orioles fly around. The branches of willow gently brushed the river bank, and the water vapor evaporated between Shui Ze and the vegetation, which was intoxicating. The children in the village came home from school early. They use the spring breeze to fly kites in the blue sky.

Appreciation of the whole poem:

The first sentence and the second sentence are all about scenery. Although this description is not new, it is full of poetry because of the poet's delicate writing. "The grass grows in February, and the willows are drunk with spring smoke." Every February, everything in this world begins to grow, and birds fly among trees. This season is also the best time of the year. The willow trees on the dam in the distance are shrouded in smoke and look very beautiful and spectacular.

The third and fourth sentences are also the most interesting and extremely vivid. "The children came back from school early, and when the east wind blew, they were busy flying kites." In these two sentences, the poet described ordinary country life, but it was very beautiful. When the children come back from school, it's still early, the sun hasn't set yet, and the wind is strong, so they quickly fly their kites into the sky in the east wind and play together.
