Don't be angry. Three-character formula

Three-character Classic of Mo Nu Poems:

When you are old, don't worry, worrying too much will make people old.

Regular exercise, anti-aging, practical, overworked by mistake.

Laugh often, change little, be broad-minded and live a long life.

Good communication, wide hobbies, good mood and good sleep.

Be patient, don't be impatient, be more humble and have less trouble.

Adjust your diet, don't be too full, be healthy and get sick less.

My heart is not good. Taste flowers and listen to music, and my anger will go away.

Write hard, read newspapers hard, use your head hard and have a good memory.

Three-character scripture, remember it well, be healthy and happy.
