Although this is a good sport in Xian Yi, Xian Yi, old and young, is rich and thrifty, why do many people find it remote and mysterious, or find it difficult to persist after contact? Looking at the Taekwondo gymnasiums all over the ground, waiting for the swordsmen to really plead for the injustice of kendo. Here, I want to talk about my little experience in the past two years.
Let's put aside the emptiness of Tao, philosophy and spirit, and talk about interesting places first. Think about it. Kendo is the only sport in the world that can fight with sticks legally and safely. This alone should attract many boys! How many Xiong Haizi grew up being beaten with sticks from nowhere, screaming and killing, so they were not injured. When they grow up, where can they find such an opportunity?
As for girls, isn't it popular to call themselves women now? If you don't know one or two fighting skills, how can you show your heroism? However, the general combat skills should be forgotten. Boxing will be black and blue, Sanda will be too rough, and judo will be unkempt. No wonder taekwondo is cheap. But is it really good for girls to take off their clothes and kick people all day?
Why don't so many people insist on such a good exercise? As a senior rookie, let me talk about several stages of my entry experience. Each stage has its own difficulties and, of course, its own fun. If you know how to have fun, you can naturally harvest different scenery.
I remember when I first signed up, I was excited for a long time. Because I was praised for my high understanding, I enjoyed it even more (I later learned that it was the kind encouragement of the captain). During that time, I frantically searched the internet for information about kendo, and what I saw most was articles about the spirit of kendo. There is no denying that kendo is a sport with rich cultural background.
Compared with hard training, it is of course much easier to sit and talk, and slowly lose enthusiasm for training. I think this may be one of the reasons why many beginners give up quickly.
I still remember that for a long time, I was most worried about my physical fitness. I can't hold it in the middle of every training, and I sit and rest in sympathy and ridicule. While sighing "it's useless to be old", I secretly tried to find a way. Running, dieting, losing weight, finally, gradually I can keep up with the intensity of my classmates. During last week's training, I was deeply touched when I was newly married and lamented "Your physical fitness is too good".
After several months of basic training, I finally put on my new armor, which really showed off in an ostentatious manner. But soon, I found it was a tragedy. On a hot day, I just put on my armor, already sweating all over, and my body feels 20 pounds heavier. My first moves were all very strange. Stuffy heat, poor eyesight, unclear hearing, lack of oxygen, being knocked out, and physical problems have become more serious.
But in fact, it is the second peak for newcomers to give up because of frustration.
When practicing the basics, the movements are standard and the understanding is high. It is useless until the real confrontation! Beaten, shot, empty, beaten, knocked over ... and just panting, but the opposite brother is fine. I don't think anyone likes this feeling. But on the other hand, isn't this the interesting part? During that time, when I slept every night, I simulated the battle in my mind, how the opponent attacked and how I fought back. Sometimes I am too excited to sleep. Then in the following training, I found that my opponent didn't play T_T at all as I thought.
I forgot how I got through it. Every time I go to practice, I feel sleepy and 10 thousand people don't want to, but every time after practice, dinner seems to be going to the gym. Strange to say, as long as you put on clothes, everything will go on automatically, so again and again, you have persisted for so long.
What our captain often says is "I have opened the door to a new world again". In fact, this really exists in kendo. Every time I realize something, it really seems to open a door, full of joy, and then verify and deny it, and get new feelings from it. Meow boss also often says:
But it is undeniable that unconsciously, your level is indeed improving again and again. It's sour and refreshing when you find that it's no longer a problem to ravage your new younger brother, hahahaha. ...
It is said that kendo is a lifelong sport. If it is, it will be really difficult. However, it also shows that we will never get tired of it. When I first chose lifelong sports, I hesitated between golf and kendo for a long time, and finally chose kendo, because I had a boxer's dream and because I expected to hold my sword all my life.
Now many big cities have a group of regular kendo fans. Although it is not as popular as Taekwondo, it is relatively more standardized because of the higher threshold. With the appearance in many film and television works, the mysterious kendo gradually surfaced and was recognized and participated by more and more young and fashionable people. Many people will be surprised to hear that I am practicing kendo and ask, "Is it fencing? Are you Japanese? " Very curious. Actually, I want to say, you are welcome to see it yourself. No matter which Taoist temple is open, you are welcome to visit it. For all those who show interest, swordsmen are always as enthusiastic as children, eager for you to join this small world.
As for the cynics everywhere, I just want to say: I have the courage to scold the Olympic judo champion!
