Reflections on reading 300 words of National Day poems.

This afternoon, our three brigades held a "Poetry Reading Competition to celebrate the National Day". When we entered the meeting place, we heard the laughter, singing and conversation of our classmates. It's really lively.

At the beginning of the game, the whole venue suddenly became silent, as if only students were reciting poems. I also took part in this competition. I froze as soon as I got on stage-I was so nervous! So many people! If you recite it wrong, you will make a big mistake! So I relaxed and felt much more comfortable, but I just recited the first section and forgot the second section! "Oh, no", I thought, what should I do! Well, suddenly, somehow, I remembered another sentence. I quickly recited the poem and nervously walked off the stage. Well, my nervous heart finally calmed down. ...

When I got home, I thought, "Alas, I didn't expect such a good opportunity to win glory for my class, but I didn't seize it." If there is such an opportunity again next time, I will not let it go!
