From time to time, I will say, because it is smart and beautiful! This answer seems empty, but after studying for a year, many of my students have realized it. I want to click in. You feel the same way as me!
Poetry creates a spiritual world full of wisdom, strength and emotion for us, and also opens another window for our expression. We may recite "the mountains cover the day, the sea drains the golden river" from an early age. With catchy Tang poems such as "But you have broadened your horizons by 300 miles" and "Going to the next level", we will also use lyrics like "Wish others a long time, a thousand miles of * * * beauty" as Mid-Autumn Festival blessings and give them to distant relatives or friends.
I want to compare Tang poetry to the sun, so Song poetry is like a bright moon. We need to race against the sun and release the passion of life. We also need to meditate in the moonlight and listen to our own life.
Someone once commented that words are like beauty, and poetry is like a strong man. But I prefer to say: Tang poetry is suitable for living in groups, and Song poetry is suitable for being alone.
For example, if you get together with friends for a drink, maybe you will bravely recite Li Bai's "Into the Wine": "Five flowers, a thousand golden flowers, give them to the boy, and get good wine, and you will always be worried"; In the dead of night, you may be more willing to hang down the curtains, look at a desk lamp and read a volume of Nalan Rong Ruo's words: "Who plays the bleak music of Yuefu, the wind is rustling. The rain is rustling. Another night of snuff. "
The beauty of words is far richer than we thought. Some scholars even say that Ci is the most beautiful poetic form in China's classical poetry. In my opinion, words are not only beautiful, but also interesting and grounded. Why?
Because ci is actually a popular song in the Tang and Song Dynasties. In other words, the so-called ci world at that time was like the stage of our "singer" or "good voice" today. The completion of a work is not the result of a writer hiding at home behind closed doors, but often a musical activity completed by a team:
We need not only professional music producers, including composers, lyricists and arrangers, but also suitable singers, bands and a suitable stage. Finally, we need a group of loyal listeners and spectators. When a work is very popular, other music producers or singers often adapt and cover it again, giving it new charm again. Even the TV series "Romance of the Three Kingdoms" we are watching now is to re-create songs with words. ...
Of course, after the development of Ci, there are also many poets who take both writing and composition into consideration, such as Liu Yong, Zhou Bangyan, Jiang Kui and so on. Of course, there are also many great poets we are familiar with who are not so professional in music, such as Su Shi.
Su Shi once laughed at himself and said that he could not compare with others in three aspects of his life: playing chess, drinking and singing. It is precisely because Su Shi himself admits that singing is always out of tune that his ci is criticized by the Song people as out of tune, which is inconsistent with the true colors of ci. Fortunately, however, the music of Song Ci has been basically lost. Now we are reading Su Shi's ci, and we are reading the beauty of ci. We no longer have to worry that Su Shi's lyrics will be out of tune.
It is precisely because ci is the most grounded song in ancient times that it is easier to help us restore the political changes, customs and human feelings of the times. But the magic thing is that although we read the words of that time through thousands of years, we find that there are always a few songs that will be sung in our hearts, and there are always a few authors whose vicissitudes are pure, profound or simple.
His rebellion or infatuation is too in line with our mood. He seems to know countless things about us, and just a few words can tell us everything about our mountains of emotions. It also intelligently helps us to rank, and those words full of philosophical thoughts make us awake, let us turn around and give us hope and support. ...
In this series of word reading courses, I selected 65,438+020 words of nearly 50 famous poets. From the time point of view, from the embryonic era of Ci-Dunhuang Quzi in Tang Dynasty to Wang Guowei, a master of modern Ci-poetry, all representative works were selected. It can be said that this 120 work outlines the whole development history of Ci, including the most important works in the past 1000 years.
Of course, the Song Dynasty is the peak of the development of ci, so the focus of our choice of ci is also biased towards the Song Dynasty. The Qing Dynasty was the revival period of Ci, which produced the best poet and the most profound poet, Rainbow Guowei, like Nalan Xingde. So there are many poets in Qing Dynasty. I hope this column can help you who love classical ci to get familiar with the most classic ci in the history of China.
In this 120 work, some reflect a particularly grand historical background, such as the demise of the Southern Tang Dynasty, such as the difficulty of Jingkang, such as the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom and so on. Others tell the poet's special experiences, such as the Wutai Poetry Case experienced by Su Shi, the joys and sorrows of Li Qingzhao in love, and the working process of Nalan Xingde before and after Kangxi.
Others bear the poet's rich and delicate feelings, such as Yan's dreamlike recollection, Liu Yong's frustration and sadness in his slump, and Bai Juyi's unforgettable memories of his first love. When we read ci, we are actually having a spiritual dialogue with the best ci writers of all ages, drawing their wisdom in life, enriching our spiritual world, experiencing the temperature of emotion and accumulating the strength of life.
I once had a metaphor that may not be appropriate, comparing the styles of several poets in the Song Dynasty with the classic martial arts in Jin Yong's martial arts novels: Yan, like the Jade Girl Heart Sutra written by the girl tomb school, was immersed in a dreamy past in a virtual silence, but she overflowed with pure love beyond physical lust and needed a kind of heart-to-heart understanding; Su Shi, on the other hand, is quite like Zhou's own "empty fist", which was originally a game. He didn't deliberately follow the established rules, but because of his profound martial arts attainments, even for recreation.
It is also virtual and real, virtual and clear, flexible and changeable, and goes straight to the realm; In Qin Guan's extreme sadness and loss, several kinds of "ecstasy palms" experienced by Yang Guo are a kind of sad but still soft and heavy internal force; Zhou Bangyan, like Quan Zhen's fencing, has strict statutes and meticulous composition, which is quite exemplary.
Xin Qiji is like Huang Laoxie's "sword palm". Even a feint, in fact, there are countless tricks hidden under the feint. There are many tricks, fantastic ideas, and sharp tricks, such as the sudden wind in the peach forest and the loss of color. It can be described as superb and changeable; As for the charm of Jiang Kui's ci, it seems that it is Duan Yu's "Lingbo Micro-step", which won the essence of the bard's martial arts as a "fairy sister". It is chic and elegant, light and mysterious, and elegant in posture. ...
