Late spring ancient poems

The ancient poem Late Spring is a seven-character poem written by Lu You, a poet in the Song Dynasty.

This poem narrates the poet's family life. The first couplet is about the poverty in returning home, the wasted time, the study and life in the neck couplet and the willingness to serve the motherland in the tail couplet. The language of this poem is plain and concise, which not only expresses the feelings of wasted years, but also expresses the determination to devote oneself to serving the motherland, which is meaningful.

The original "Late Spring":

A few huts reflect the lake, but thousands of books won't save the poor.

Swallows come back to live in Yan, and flowers bloom in spring.

I'm glad to meet my lifelong friend. I'm surprised by the water.

Laugh off your fangs. Hu Xin is still here. You want to forget yourself with a high degree of generosity.

Vernacular translation of Late Spring:

There are several thatched cottages on the bank of Jinghu Lake. Although there are thousands of books, they cannot help the poor.

Swallows fly around unconsciously for a day, flowers bloom and fall, and then experience another spring.

Opening a book is like meeting a lifelong friend, but when facing the water, you will involuntarily doubt that you are not a mature person.

I laughed at my ambition and didn't destroy Land Rover until now. Every time I climb a mountain, I will give generously and give my life to serve my country.
