Meditation is a very personal experience, and its connotation even goes far beyond our understanding of it. I am very grateful to be able to participate in Satya meditation with you these days. In this process, I want to share with you the following feelings:
1: meditation allows me to practice both inside and outside? We live actively and diligently in ordinary life; A passionate job. We meet the mountain to clear the way, meet the water to bridge the bridge, and use our enthusiasm for life to desperately pursue and obtain from this world. We think this is a positive life state. The strings of our bodies and brains are always tight. Meditation makes us quiet, explore inward, and instinctively follow our original intentions. If our external pursuit belongs to Yang, then meditation belongs to Yin. Today, most of us don't nourish our yin because of lack of introspection. Meditation can help us achieve the balance of Yin and Yang, and bring our bodies into a very harmonious state.
2. Know yourself. Satya's meditation content is to let us talk to ourselves. By talking to our inner children, we practice how to love ourselves and others over and over again in meditation. In this process, we can improve our inner self-consistency and let us really have the ability of high emotional intelligence.
3. Improve my concentration? Every time I concentrate on my breathing, I become more aware of myself. When my thoughts came, my breath brought me back to the present. Take a deep breath, slow breathing makes me more and more calm, and a calm state makes me more focused and more efficient. Flow is an immersive experience. In meditation, I can travel through ancient and modern times, and I can also travel through the universe.

Since the New Year in 2022, we have entered a brand-new meditation mode. I have been exposed to meditation in yoga, under the teacher's line, when the child is uncomfortable. This time is a brand-new beginning, reading books, listening to the teacher's voice and recording audio by myself (that is, the voice is too ugly, not cured, but sharp, and finally give up).
? Through this meditation, my body has improved obviously. Through relaxation again and again, I found a passage to my inside and outside. Through breathing, I slowly relaxed myself, communicated with myself, listened to the voices from my body, talked with my children, thanked them for their unhappy past, said goodbye to them, and let them leave, which made me feel much more relaxed. That? My book? Take me to travel in my own world, what I looked like before I came to this world, my formation, my birth, my childhood and my youth, until I am about to leave the last me in this world, leaving with a beautiful smile and no regrets, and heading for another world that belongs to me. This process is a wonderful journey.
? Through this meditation, I also had an exchange with my acne, and thanked them for coming. My bad temper has obviously changed since they came. Through talking with them, I must continue to relax, calm down and listen to the voice from my body. Peace with my acne group.

Listening to the teacher's voice is more, and I feel that the content is a little scattered, and each section has no logical coherence. Maybe it's because I don't have enough time to get into the state, just like mastering its connotation and using it freely, forming the habit of meditation. The harvest is still great. In the process of listening to the class, I have many feelings. I think it is of great significance to participate in this activity and improve my understanding of meditation. In the process of learning, I relaxed my mood and achieved the effect of self-decompression; By adjusting your breathing, you can change your state, feel your heart rate stable and your mind calm.
