What is a chorus?

Chorus poetry is a writing term and an old-fashioned poem. "Singing" refers to chanting, that is, a person writes a poem first; "Harmony" means that the second person reacts to the poem written by the first person according to the genre, theme, original rhyme or ideological content sung by the first author.

Such as 1949 written in March, Liu Yazi's "Feeling for Chairman Mao", and Mao Zedong's "Harmony with Mr. Liu Yazi" written in April of the same year. The key to singing peace works is to cooperate with each other in content, not to be diametrically opposed. As for whether to use the same genre and rhyme, that is the second thing. Compared with "singing" poems, "harmony" poems are more difficult to write well.

Development history

Poetry is a kind of emotional verse, which was first used for singing. Later, after the cultural level rose, there were more poets, and poets naturally took poetry as the theme when they met and drank. However, when several poets of the same level get together, it often happens to be competition and poetry.

But after these poets become friends, they will enhance their feelings in the form of couplets and stop being jealous. Couplets should originate from the games played by Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty when he was playing with ministers on the Bailiang stage, thus forming the "Bailiang style" of seven-character poems.

The most famous couplet in the early Tang Dynasty was The Rise of Meng Haoran. When Master Meng first came to Beijing, he followed Wang Wei to attend various pen meetings. In the antithetical couplet contest, he said, "The rivers in Wei Yun are weak, and the plane trees are sparse", which surprised the literary predecessors present. It's too good to be embarrassed. Next, the game has to be terminated. Meng Haoran was amazed and became famous in World War I.
