There are many talented children in Jiangdong. Whether they will make a comeback is still unknown.
This poem named Tiaojiang Pavilion was written in the fourth year of Huichang (844). When Du Mu, a poet, moved from Huangzhou secretariat to Chizhou secretariat, he once visited Wujiang Pavilion, thinking about the present, and feeling that although the overlord of the Western Chu was defeated by Gaixia, he carefully chose Wujiang to commit suicide, even though there was still a chance to make a comeback.
Du Mu believed that Xiang Yu's death was because he could not bear the burden of humiliation and toughness. It is not impossible for him to make a comeback if he treats failure with a normal mind that "victory or defeat is a common occurrence in military strategists."
This understanding of Du Mu, after a hundred years, Wang Anshi of the Song Dynasty disagreed, and wrote in his poem "On the King Temple of Wujiang River":
A brave man who has suffered many battles and is exhausted mourns, and it is difficult to recover from the defeat of the Central Plains.
Although Jiangdong disciples are here today, do you wish to make a comeback for you?
Wang Anshi believes that Xiang Yu's failure has nothing to do with his personality, but because he lost the hearts of the people. Even if Xiang Yu crosses the river, Jiangdong's children may not follow him back.
For more than two thousand years, the evaluation of the item can be described as distinct. Those who praised him called him a tragic hero, while those who belittled him called him a headstrong monster.
To this day, this debate continues. It is normal for people at different historical stages to draw completely different conclusions from different angles. Why dwell on the past?
Bian Xiao believes that Xiang Yu's death can be divided into two aspects, namely, internal cause and external cause. The external cause is a military defeat; The internal cause is a character neglected by most people-Yu Ji!
In other words, some people will scoff at it, which is just a cliche.
Indeed, the old stories of Xiang Yu and Yu Ji, beauty and hero are household names, who doesn't know. But Bian Xiao's Farewell My Concubine is different, at least it is a new story.
The story of Farewell My Concubine that you have heard is like this:
Xiang Yu, the overlord of the Western Chu Dynasty, was defeated and besieged, and was in a dilemma of running out of ammunition and food. In his sleep, Xiang Yu was awakened by songs from all directions, upset and unable to sleep any more. He was drinking in the army tent, and Wang's wife accompanied him carefully.
Xiang Yu, who was full of sorrow, sang to the wine with tears in his eyes: "Pulling out the mountain will make the world angry and not die." What can I do without dying? "
Xiang Yu, who crossed the rivers and lakes and came out invincible, suddenly let a weak woman point the way, really desperate.
Yu Qiang smiled, danced with the song, and burst into tears after the dance. When Xiang Yu decided to break through at dawn and bid farewell to Yu Ji, Yu Ji committed suicide.
The story of Farewell My Concubine is widely circulated and familiar to people. The prototype of this story comes from Historical Records-Biography of Xiang Yu, and the original text is:
With a note from Wang Junbi, the food was serenaded, and the Han army and the vassal soldiers were surrounded. That night, when he heard that the Han army was besieged on all sides, Wang Xiang was shocked and said, "Has the Han army gained Chu?" He Chu has so many people! "
Wang Xiang gets up at night and drinks in his tent. If a beautiful woman is in danger, she is always lucky to follow. A horse is very famous and often rides it. Therefore, Wang Xiang is a sad and generous poet, who wrote a poem for himself, saying, "If you pull out a mountain, you will be angry with the world, and if it is unfavorable, you will not die." What can I do without dying? "There are a few songs, the beauty lies in harmony. Xiang Wang cried several times, but both sides cried, afraid to look up.
So Xiang Wang got on his horse and fled south overnight with more than 800 strong men.
About this period of history, Wu Qin Yonghe has a poem "Yu Ji":
Your majesty is a hero and Ji Yiqi is a woman.
Poor Taishi Gong, if you don't teach beauty, you will die.
This poem seems to blame the saint, but it is not. The poet is actually questioning the authenticity of Farewell My Concubine.
Coincidentally, another Qing man, Zhou Zhongfu, also expressed the same view. Xiang Yu loved Wu Zhui and Yu Ji all his life, and Wu Zhui's horse was later given to the curator of Wujiang Pavilion. "The so-called American independence did not end in one sentence, and this history is also lacking."
Taishigong is Sima Qian, who would rather go to jail to create historical records. There is no doubt about his creative attitude. If Yuji really committed suicide in front of Xiang Yu, it was just a few strokes and a dozen words.
Why is Sima Qian so stingy with ink?
In history, Sima Qian's daughter married Yang Chang, who was the fifth generation grandson of Chiquan Hou Yangxi. Yang took part in the Battle of Gaixia and was one of the five people who killed Xiang Yu in Wujiang River. At the battle of Wujiang River, Xiang Yu was stunned, and Yang, who was brave and good at fighting, was surprised. Sima Qian even recorded his embarrassment truthfully one by one, showing his familiarity with that period of history.
There is no trace of Yu Ji in Sima Qian's Historical Records, but there are clues in historical materials earlier than him. Lu Jia not only mentioned Yu Ji in Chu Han Chun Qiu, but even recorded her songs with Xiang Yu. Its song cloud:
Han soldiers have been slightly, and the end of the song is over.
Your majesty's spirit is exhausted, and the concubine can't make a living.
Lu Jia, a native of the early Han Dynasty, should be regarded as a historical party. Unfortunately, Qiu of Chu did not record his whereabouts. A weak woman, beautiful, how can she survive the war? The fate waiting for her is self-evident.
Where is Yuji? After a thousand years, Haozhou, the music history of the Northern Song Dynasty, The Story of the Yuhuan in Taiping CountyNo. 128, records: "Yuji's tomb is 60 miles south of the county seat and six feet high, that is, Xiang Yu was defeated, so he was killed and buried here."
In the records of the Song Dynasty, Yu Ji was killed by Xiang Yu, which is quite speechless.
Yuan Shinian often said in the Annals of the Buddha in Past Dynasties: "The generals of the Gengzi Club surrounded Xiang Yu, and the concubines committed suicide."
About 1500 years after Ji's death, the idea of suicide began to appear. Buddha really knows too much.
In the novel "Water Margin" in the Ming Dynasty, Lu had such lyrics when he made a scene in Wutai Mountain:
Jiulishan as a battlefield, the shepherd boy picked up old knives and guns.
The Wujiang River blows with the wind, just like Farewell My Concubine.
It can be seen that the story of Yu Ji's suicide and Farewell My Concubine has taken shape in the Ming Dynasty. Besides, in Feng Menglong's and other writers' works, the plot of the story is sufficient, and Yu Ji's death is completely dramatic. Yu Ji's final destination is suicide.
Han soldiers have been slightly, and the end of the song is over.
Your majesty's spirit is exhausted, and the concubine can't make a living.
For a long time, some scholars believe that this harmony song in Lu Jia's Chu Qiu was copied by later generations. The most powerful reason is that Yu Ji can't compare his five-character poems with Xiang Yu's Sao poems. Imagine that Xiang Yu's "Xi" and "Xi" are full of sighs, while Yu Ji's five-character rhythmic poems have different styles, but they are out of date.
At the end of Heroes of the King of Chu, he sent his lover away with tears. At the moment of sad tears, Yu Ji suddenly came out like this, at least giving people a feeling of sudden change in painting style.
Not to mention Yu Ji's talent, she accidentally became the founder of the five-character poem. Just from the lyrics themselves, we can see some clues.
These two sentences, "Han soldiers are far away, Chu songs are sung all over the place", belong to objective documentary, which is not only an answer to Xiang Yu's "hanging by a thread" question. It is also to prepare for the next emotional outbreak.
