Time flies. It has been four years since I left college to work for China Railway. In these four years, I have experienced a lot, learned a lot and grown a lot. Four years of work experience not only greatly improved my professional skills and work level, but also honed my character and matured my thoughts.
It is said that the first step in everything is the hardest, and my experience in the first project has verified this. He was assigned to the company's housing construction project department just after joining the company, and took over the work of the construction site in less than a month. As a newcomer, I felt a lot of pressure at that time. But I secretly told myself that this is a challenge, but it is also an opportunity.
Therefore, the work begins with site surface cleaning and foundation pit excavation. In the local high temperature of more than 40 degrees, real-time field measurement is carried out every day, and the elevation is strictly and accurately controlled.
After a few days, my skin became dark and chapped, but with great enthusiasm for work and the encouragement and cooperation of colleagues around me, I stuck to my post every day, ensuring quality and quantity, and finally witnessed the construction of the site turning into an all-round promotion stage. Under the baptism of this experience, I slowly faded from my naivety when I first left school and began to become mature and capable.
Afterwards, I concluded that if I didn't have the courage to build up confidence, I might not be able to bear the great pressure. If I am not careful in my work, I may not be able to guarantee the quality of my work. If I have no sense of responsibility, I may not be able to stick to my job in high temperature every day and finish my work on time. Self-confidence, carefulness and sense of responsibility are really important in the work, and they are indispensable.
We can't do everything smoothly at work, but we can try our best in everything; It is impossible to relax, but you can combine work and rest to ensure high efficiency. We may sweat at work, but you will gain and grow, you may work hard, but you will find hope.
The project I am involved in now is a large residential area. I am responsible for the construction management and technical work of a residential building and its affiliated projects. Heavy workload, high quality, safety, construction lofting and other work intensity requirements, often have to work overtime.
Especially when pouring concrete at night, I am on duty from 9 pm to 5 am the next day, but my work experience has made me face it calmly. I am confident to finish my future work and give the leader a satisfactory answer!
The company is a university without walls. Working in the company, I have gained a lot and am very grateful. Correct working attitude is the basis of doing all the work well. Only by being fearless and down-to-earth can one's talents and abilities be fully displayed and rewarded.
