A Bing's life experience was relatively rough. He was born next to a Taoist temple in Wuxi on August 17, 1893. He was very talented in music. His mother died when he was 4 years old and he followed his father to earn a living.
His father is a Taoist priest from Huaqing. He is good at Taoist music and can play various musical instruments. A Bing has been learning erhu, pipa and other musical instruments with Guan's father since he was a child. At the age of seventeen, A Bing participated in a music performance and was called the "little heavenly master" by the world.
When his father died when he was 21 years old, he succeeded him as a Taoist priest. Because of his friends, he accidentally ate, drank, whored, gambled, and even took drugs.
